It was hard enough limiting myself to 5, without including pre-1990 shows.
But I could definitely add I Love Lucy's "Job Switching" and MTM's "Chuckles Bites the Dust" to my list.

Woody's wedding on Cheers. You never get to see the ceremony. The entire hour is spent in the kitchen. Hilarious.

We are the same age? Very intelligent person, I see. We couldn't be friends, you would get all the glory and I would get all the shit...
-------------------------------------
I had to pick more than one, cause well...I think I can.
M*A*S*H - Abyssinia, Henry
Friends - The One With The Thumb (this isn't a groundbreaking episode, but it had me in stitches for the full half hour.)
All In The Family - Edith's 50th Birthday or The Bunkers and the Swingers ( I find Sammy's Visit overrated)
Happy Days - The Motorcycle (see Friends)
Six Feet Under - The Room

"Battle of the PBS Stars" - SCTV
"The Dream Sequence Always Rings Twice" - Moonlighting

"Nice Guys Finish Dead" - The Rockford Files
And my all-time favorite episode of any show...
"You Saved My Life!" - The Odd Couple

I don't know the names of most of the episodes I liked, but I will give it a try.
The episode of "Taxi" where Reverand Jim takes his written driver's test always has me in stitches.
"What does a yellow light mean?"
"Go slower."
"What.....does....a....yellow...light....mean?"
I was a big fan of Mork and Mindy growing up and the episode where Mork meets Robin Williams was always one of my favorites.
I would also have to second the episode of "Cheers" with Woody's marriage and I also loved the one with Kevin McHale where they count the bolts in the floor at Boston Gardens.
But I think my favorite of all was the ER episode where Ewan McGregor guest starred as the Irish guy who was robbing the convenience store that Julianna Marguiles character was in. It just had me riveted and of course it helped that I was already a big Ewan McGregor fan back then.

Mad About You - "Natural History" I aways get surprised how emotional the ending of this one makes me.
Dick Van Dyke Show - "That's My Boy?" saw this in reruns without knowing anything about its history and was in stitches at the ending.
Also have to agree on Moonlighting - "Atomic Shakespeare", The X-Files "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose" and even though overexposure has since watered down its impact IMO Seinfeld - "The Contest" had me laughing harder than I ever had at any TV show before or since when it first aired.
For some reason, single episodes of serial dramas are a little harder for me to pick out, since I tend to lump whole story arcs together in my mind.

"And miss the expression on your face ..."
I think the best part of this episode is how Mr. and Mrs. Peters can't stop laughing at how funny it is either.

For The Prisoner, I'll add Living in Harmony.
For Star Trek-TNG I'll add The Measure of a Man and The Chase.
