When Camile sings, I half expect a sniper to take her out to roaring applause. Please, America, don't make us sit through her again.

The only performances I cared for were George's and LaToya's. Fantasia's a one-trick pony ... same with Jennifer. Yeah, she has a powerful voice, but best performance of the night? Hardly.

I thought Diana was horrid. She sounded out of breath, like she was shouting and she sang too fast. I was also bugged by how little eye contact she made with the camera. She was too busy high-fiving everyone in the audience.

JPL sounded like someone had his balls in a vise. Very eunuch-like.

The only good people were George, Latoya, and Jennifer. Hmm, it must be that conspiracy to rig the competition for the black singers.

Someone just has something personal against Jenny.

Latoya better than her?

Puh-lease.

She was good also, I'd probably rank her #4 tonight. I think she's been better before, though.

What was up with her earrings? I kept thinking "There's Something About Fantasia". Was that hair gel?

Yeah, I'd probably put Fantasia at 4 too. I didn't think wandering the crowd really worked for her, and her voice has been better on other nights. Plus the 'yeah-yeah-yeah" is getting pretty tired.

Fantasia does have a good stage presence but her voice still gets on my nerves and she has a bit too much of a diva attitude

I wonder why Sir Elton didn't want to sit with the judges??

Could be he couldn't bare to see his songs massacred in front of his own eyes..and on national tv

I would assume George is the frontrunner this week: good vocals, unique performance, loveable energy, and really bold song selection. He has something that probably appeals to all the voting demographics.

As for who needs to go, definitely Camile. Yeah, Red was horrible, and JPL was barely any better, but listening to Camile makes my ears bleed. I'm not joking when I say that I covered my ears for part of her performance tonight. It really was painful to listen to.

I don't think anybody was outstanding tonight but..

If JPL, Teen Martin or Jasmine don't get voted off tomorrow than I might start doing drugs myself

[B]No...he's just a great singer for a human being.

I was just being sarcastic.

The point being besides the fact he's a great showman and piano player Sir Elton has never fully gotten the credit he deserves..imo for being a great vocalist as well

I'd have to agree with that. George is the only male vocalist worth considering, and he should go to the final show for the reasons I already posted. Of the leading females, I think LaToya has been the most comfortable through the changing genres, and seems able to handle whatever, but she has a very professional stage presence, and I don't know if America's teens will vote for that over more sassy energy from Fantasia. Considering that, I'd give the edge to George over everyone at this point. He has a greater potential for a bad night than LaToya, but as long as it's not on the final night, he has a great shot.

I jus hope next year Paula gets replaced she has no business being a judge when she can't give any constructive criticism without feeling guilty about it

Anybod else find it odd that someone who basically had the voice of a little girl when SHE sang is judging a singing competition??

Don't you just love the irony

IF this was a cheerleading or choreography contest than she would be more legit

That is NOT a gang sign! That is the "shaka" sign.

The shaka sign denotes "hang loose", "right on", "thank you", "howzit/what's up", and "hang loose". It's a phrase and a symbol you will see widely used on Hawaii by the locals. The spirit of Aloha is more than a saying in Hawaii, and the Shaka is just one way it's shown each and every day.

George did great tonite, as did Jennifer Hudson. The best two performances of the night. My bottom 3:

Camile (yikes! was she singing?)
Red ( I missed the whole performance, but the guy has to go)
Diana ( I am a fan of hers, but I'm Still Standing was the WORST choice of song for her- she's not OLD enough for the lyrics to make any sense)

JPL did a bad job, I'm still pulling for him for a few reasons, I guess his personality and gumption. But he needs to raise the bar, which I'm not sure he can do.

Goodbye, Camile, if there is justice. I have to turn down the volume every time she performs.

man...this show is awful

so far this season-

on the right track:
Fantasia
George

has the ability so has a chance:
Latoya

starting to get better:
Jennifer

everyone else sucks! this show really sucks...i think the show needs a year break at least.

by the way...the 4 i sorta like (only 1 i really like), its total chance that they are black (not that its bad).
