Here's what I think's going to happen next week:
Based on the preview from two weeks ago, the only challenge left is: arranging a golf tournament at Trump National.
And Trump has to fire TWO people within the first half hour, according to the preview, right?
So:
Case scenario #1: Trump fires the entire losing team from next week's challenge - Either Kwame/Bill or Nick/Amy. My bet in this case: He fires Kwame/Bill and takes lovers Nick/Amy to the final.
Case scenario #2: Trump chooses to eliminate the weaker of the two players from both sides according to the outcome of next week's challenge and takes the best two players from either side into the Grande Finale. My bet in this case: Kwame from Protege, and Nick from Versacorp are gone, leaving Amy vs. her "best competitor" Bill.
But, if Trump were as smart a TV showman as he is a businessman, he would have to fire both Kwame and Bill and bring star-crossed lovers Nick and Amy into the Grand Finale, because great TV comes from great drama..... i.e., pitting lover.....against.....lover.

At least in the cab ride interview Troy took it pretty cool unlike most of the others. I still believe that they really liked Troy but some of his tactics were iffy. I still liked him though.
Also, I thought they had the guy signed up except that it was to be vacated at midnight ... which is not going to work for a NYE party. I think someone called Trump, or his people, asking for an extension on time and Trump said 'hell yes' for $40,000.

I think a lot of people are taking the education angle the wrong way. Basically since day one Troy's defense in the boardroom has been "Mr. Trump, I'm a country bumpkin, and I ain't got no education, but I got street smarts to run your company", he tried that tactic heavy handedly once again in the board room.......... probably because he thinks that Donald would respond well to the self-made man approach, which Donald certainly isn't, but likes to pretend he is
This time Donald, who had gotten tired of the routine and Troy screwing up, said hey "education is important too", more as a way of a rejection of Troy's routine and initiate the justification for his firing. Donald had his mind made up long before Troy and Kwame went in to the boardroom.

What a joke.
For anyone who has a Harvard MBA, the value of your degree keeps dropping each week this carbon blob escapes termination.
Oh well, at least Amber survived tonight's reality games.

Just cuz you go to Harvard Business School doesn't mean that you're gonna have the leadership skills to be a CEO. Goldman Sachs is the best financial firm on the street and there's a reason why he's working there. As are many intellects, he's good at doing work, but not necessarily good at leading.

Why can I not question his intelligence? What intelligence has he displayed so far? A resume does not display intelligence. Now maybe he has been edited a certain way. Maybe he is intelligent, but so far, there really has not been an indication of it.

So basically, Troy was gone from day one.
Maybe, I'm analyzing this show too much, but overall I thought decision pretty much indicated that someone w/o an "Institutionalized Education" is not qualified to run a company.
Hopefully, Troy will be successful in his future endeavors.

Troy is a GREAT salesman, but he lacks the focus to be a leader. Education is a major factor in the business world. I don't know of any companies where the CEO doesn't at least have a BA/BS degree. Not having an advanced degree will always create a ceiling for a candidate.

As an April Fools prank, in Atlanta, Star-94 "fired" Steve and Vickie and brought in Sam and Ereka for a day. Omarosa was supposed to be there (with Ereka as a backup in case Omarosa acted as a prima donna as she was almost expected to do, and which she did by asking for her flight into Atlanta to be changed 7 times and her schedule didn't have her showing up until 8:30 in the morning which is kind of late for a morning show), and when Omarosa found out that Ereka was there, she declined to go on the show (still hurt by the supposed n-word epithet that Ereka directed towards her while on the show) and would have rather that they have it out on "Oprah" in the national spotlight and not a 2-bit radio station. Ereka was like "whatever..."

How the heck would I know how he got into Harvard Business School?

Don't confuse business acumen (Bill) or drive (Amy) with intelligence: Kwame.
Nick is the weakest candidate left.

I thought this show was actually good... until the whole "bidders return with two minutes to go and offer the full amount". Gimme a f'in break, what an obvious plant by NBC.
While I do think Amy is hot, I just hate the way she has that little smile going when she gets out of trouble. If someone ever smiled at me like that, I'd have a hard time trying not to smack em in the face.
But again, you won't hear me complaining about the skirts.

Do you agree with Trump's decision to "fire" Troy in last night's episode of "The Apprentice."
No, he had good instincts and was a far better leader than Harvard-MBA-totin' Kwame.
49.3%
Yes, as Bernie said, Troy is too much of a loose cannon; he needs more experience.
26.8%
Yes, you need more than a high school diploma to run a multibillion-dollar business.
14.0%
I don't really care about the "why's," I just want to see who wins in the end.

What I didn't understand is Trump inviting the relatives on the reward. Just before the plane trip he said we would find out if the "relationship" was going anywhere, then Nick's dad and Amy's sister show up! Of course nothing is going to happen with relatives hanging around.

I agree, what a rip that Troy was let go. I still think he was the best guy, and although some of his practices are questionable, think he would be a perfect success story. He learned most of his stuff from trumps book etc.
I think it will come down to the couple, as trump said somewhere(can't remember where) he can control the ratings.. He'll pit the two lovers against each other..
Bill is the best choice at this moment I think.
There can be no doubts that the guy strolling in 2 minutes to go, and offering up 40k+ wasn't a plant. Esp. because it didnt' even work for what he wanted, a new years eve party.. RIPOFF!

Bottom line is Troy has shown he's a salesman of dubious methods and you wouldn't want him as CEO of a company - thats not the reason used but I'm sure it was discussed.
I think its coming down to Nick vs. Bill.
Editing has turned to crap - the oh so obvious lingering on Amy's legs. I guess they're missing the sex appeal thats left over the past few weeks.
