To Adam's credit, he's as average a millionaire as I could ever imagine. Other than owning a bar he lives well below his means. I'm sure that apartment costs plenty, but there's nothing about it that looks like the home of a millionaire, especially when you add the roommate.

Now I'm glad I read the results before I watched the show because if I had sat through that whole thing I think I would've been pissed at her choice. I couldn't believe it when she just told Jason flat out that he was stupid I thought Adam was doing a great job with the menu and then the stuffed dog catching on fire The only thing I think he should've changed was his razor

After seeing the preview for the Hawaiian one I was thinking Average Samoan. Those guys were huge! And I'm not talking about the bodybuilders. Was the guy with the hair the only skinny one? If so he'll probably manage to stay in it for a while, but what a spaz. He reminds me more of Andy Dick than Carrot Top.

I like how she randomly started going on about how she needed to improve Jason's looks. How shallow is this woman?

I know it, she really showed her "true colors" last night on Leno. The people who posted about Jason being the right choice for her so she could mold him into what she wanted were obviously right.

Many women, generalizing here, seem to want to change her man. You see that scenario play out time after time. And when the man won't/can't change, she's disillusioned.

No WONDER I can't keep a girlfriend.

The chick was a focking beeeyatch who had/has stars in her eyes. She was thinking about who would be on her arm when she was being interviewed by Extra! and all of those cream puff shows. I guess that unemployed fool was the perfect choice.
She does look like she has a hot snapper, however....

I stumbled onto the finale by accident and caught some of the first hour. Didn't know the results until I saw this thread but I wasn't suprised by her decision.

That Jason guy is pretty smooth and seems to know how to talk to the ladies. He planted words like "together" and "swept away" to help his cause.
Example...
(on the kayak) "We don't have to go fast. We just have to go together."
(on the beach) "I don't care if I were swept away right now."

I guess Adam is a sweet guy but he kinda seemed awkward and had to make up for it by cracking jokes all the time.

I dunno if this was a trend in the other episodes but that's just my take on this from the few minutes I spent watching this.

When I watched the show I thought that she had made the wrong decision, but when I saw them on Leno I could tell that they (her and Jason) were really into each other, so now I believe that she made the right choice.

Jason isn't a rocket scientist, but he really cares about her, and she obviously cares about him.

Adam was a heck of a nice guy though.

I saw Ellen yesterday when she had Jason and Melana on. Ellen asked about the guy Zack, so Melana told a few things about that. One of the things was about the egg cracking over the head. I guess that in real life Adam and Zack are pretty good friends and Adam was the one who came up with that idea and convinced Zack to do it. Also, on the video where they were talking about the fat Melana, Adam was saying more than the editors left in the show.

I dunno how much of all that is true, but I'm guessing Melana based her decision on more information than any of us have. I think she made the right choice for herself.

He's back, as "Average Joe: Adam Returns" is set to kick off right after Average Joe 2:Hawaii airs.
