There are only 3 shows where i get seriously pissed off if i miss any of them.

I don't really agree about the time savings of a PVR. Yeah, the FF and commercial skip shaves approx 15 minutes off a 1 hour program. BUT you end up recording more shows simply because it's easier. How many PVR owners want more capacity or add more capacity to their hard drives? Some have 200 hours. At least with VCR's, tapes limited your recordings simply because of the inconvenience factor and tapes had very limited capacity.

I know at least when I switch on my PVR I watch what I want to watch 90% of the time. But I'm also watching more of it. It's easy to become a bit enslaved by it.

oh....and I've caught Las Vegas a couple of times and like it quite a bit....but it's opposite MNF right now so i often forget it's on....

i think anything over 60 inches is too much TV
