Zach won points today for his reaction to the new guys, saying something to the effect of, "keep it together, guys."

Personally, I'd be happy to see those fancy guys walk in. If she's a shallow whore, then who wants her anyway. I'm surprised John's still hanging around, though; I figured he'd have run her off with all the "falling in love" talk, but I guess not. That, or Jerry's toolness, Brad's psychotic behavior, and Tariq's anger were just more annoying.

Brad knocked himself out of the game when he talked down about Zach. The look of suprise on his face when he was elimated was priceless, the guy was completely clueless.

With the new addition I must say this show just got really interesting. I can't wait to see how this turns out. As of now I'm rooting for Adam, he seems like a cool guy and hasn't played himself out yet.

Also seemed like Malena has decent taste in movies.

I was kind of dreading the twist, but even though I knew what it was going to be, I still really enjoyed it. I think part of the reason is that I want to see Zach taken down.

Interesting twist. And speaking as straight guy also, if Jason has any kind of personality whatsoever, it's game over. He's like a better looking version of Scott Wolf. Up until now, I thought Adam was a lock. Wrong-o.

BTW: Thank God she finally kicked Brad out. I couldn't take the cringing anymore. Could there be ANYONE who's as out of touch with reality as Brad??? What a nutjob.

I felt horrible for the remaining 3 as those new guys walked in one by one. And I couldn't believe the huge smile on Melina's face the whole time. I had enjoyed the show up until now, but I hope this isn't a turn for the worse.

As much as I didn't like Zach before, I can now say I'd rather see him win than any of those new clowns. Each of them looks like they're Zach times twenty. I'm still gonna hold out hope for Adam though.

Hehe, I forgot another reason I enjoyed the twist more than I thought I would was seeing Melana's reaction. It was funny and it was nice to see Melana's true colors.

Also, I have to concur with the Jason comments. I usually can't even tell if guys are attractive, but that guy definitely stands out.

On a similar note, what was wrong with Tareq? I missed the whole golf thing and apparently he went crazy during that. But, besides that, he seemed the least like a loser out of all of them to me. Even if he wasn't her type or they didn't have a connection, I was surprised he was even picked for the show.

Oh please. I don't understand all this bagging on Melana for wanting to find a guy who's got both a personality AND good looks. Say you were on the show, and they had all these homely girls trotted out. But several of them were really funny and sweet. Then they bring out a few models. I don't care HOW funny and nice those other girls were, you'd be smiling and would DEFINITELY want to date them, no?

Maybe, just MAYBE, Melana was smiling because she was amused by the twist. After all, it's no skin off her back. And anyhow, she gets a chance to meet 3 more guys and she's not in love yet, so why not? And if one of them is good looking AND just as funny and charming as Adam is, why WOULDN'T she pick him? That doesn't make her shallow. That just makes her like the rest of us.

I agree, there is no reason to bag on anyone. A league is a league and these guys are probably going to be playing a different game than Zach and them.

I almost fell off the couch from laughing at Tareq who thought he could master the game of golf in 10 minutes (and then the footage of him sucking at the game and his reaction to his suckitude was icing on the cake).

The twist is what it is. Will see how it plays out, but I'm not really invested in the outcome one way or another, I just wanted to see another "Revenge of the Nerds" scenario play out with the twist.

Tareq looks like me playing golf. I don't think I have ever thrown a club in disgust though. That was an unfair competition since it seemed pretty clear that Tareq had never golfed before. The producers definitely fixed that one.

They definitely went all out to find attractive dudes. I just hope the 3 male models all have nothing upstairs, so we can really see the contrast.

Contrast to what? I haven't watched last night's show yet, but most of the Average Joe's don't seem to be all that sharp themselves

I'm pretty sure the way it will work now is that she will have to eliminate one from each group until the end, where she'll have to choose between one from each group.

One thing about the new guys, they exuded self-confidence while the average guys were all visibly nervous. They're toast. Besides, in the preview of next week's show, did you see her eyes when she was with the other guys? She instantly sees the "average" guys as "good friends", she wants the good looking guys.

If you are that good-looking, it is pretty easy to exude self-confidence.

I wonder if Zach is going to try to smash an egg over any of the new guy's heads?

Re: Brad....I've hated this tool from the beginning. Did he honestly think he was going to get ahead or win points by trashing someone else? Did he even consider he might be hurting Malena's feelings? She looked pretty disgusted (at HIM) the whole time. Clueless nerd. And he truly felt he was going to win her over. TFF!

well this is the first reality show that I have enjoyed. I find it funny how Zach kept saying he didn't want to be the best of the worst, thinking he is all that, and standing next to the 3 new guys you realize that he isn't at all.

Anyway, I think Malena will definitely have fun with the 3 new guys.. enjoying every moment of it, but I do think she will choose one of the nerds. She is on national tv, I don't think she wants to forever be known as shallow. I know I wouldn't.

I'll be more interested to see how things go in the house than on the dates. Will the new guys be asses? Will Zach end up fighting one of them? It reminds me of the Revenge of the Nerds movies, where Ogre started off teasing the nerds, but by the end of part 2 he was on their side. In reality, this IS kind of foolish unless they intentionally found guys who are good looking but have no personalities, as they hype it like "Will it be good looking guy's looks or the Average Joe's charm that prevails?" (Seeing how a lot of this seems staged anyway, they may very well be actors and instructed to repress their personalities to her, who knows...) Otherwise, as others have said, why *wouldn't* she pick the total package?

The last of the "good looking guys" (sorry, I didn't think they were... I guess they aren't my type or something, ) looked REALLY funny in my mind. Haha.
