It's been four episodes, and I'm washing my hands of it. This show just isn't worth my time.

The only problem I had with last night's show was how predictable it was. I don't see how anyone couldn't have figured out Nessa's true intent. I wonder if this show will be sticking around for very long, I truly doubt it will.

I agree that this episode wasn't as good as the previous ones.
I have the book Bringing Down the House about 6 MIT students who took Vegas for millions, but haven't read it yet. It looks like maybe next week's episode is going to use that storyline. Too bad I won't get to read the book before I watch next week's episode just to see exactly how much the show borrows from the book--if, in fact, the show is using the book (or that incident) as source material.

I liked the episode. They've assembled a great cast.
It was written by Rebecca Rand Kirshner, who wrote a bunch of Buffy episodes I liked. Of course, and can't think of any title offhand, but I know that seeing her name meant I'd like the episode.

Toast of
the town
And they thought "Zumanity" was pushing the envelope.
NBC received numerous inquiries Tuesday after the network's new No. 1 drama, "Las Vegas," included a scene with a topless pancake house.
"Everybody wants to know where's this topless pancake house," said Gardner Stern, one of the executive producers of "Las Vegas."
"People were calling NBC to see if they could hold a bachelor party there," said Stern.
Relax, there is no such culinary sin spot.
"The real truth is that it just came out of my twisted mind," said Stern, who wrote the episode.
However, "our attitude here is that we are open to any co-investors," Stern added, tongue-in-cheek.

Las Vegas 10/20
Well the MIT storyline had me fooled. I thought they were going to do a ripped-from-headlines story about the Ivy League blackjack scammers.
James Caan was great in this one. I loved when they went to the rave and the bouncer called him 'Pops.' Big mistake.

Hey Red Dog...I caught the first 40 or so minutes of the show before I deleted my ReplayTV recording by mistake. Can you fill me in as to what happened the rest of the way? I deleted it when the 3 MIT guys are sitting in the control room re-writing the facial recognition software. Thanks.

They find the guy who drugged Delinda. Big Ed wants to take him out to the desert to kill him. Danny objects and wants to call the police. Big Ed says he's either with him or not. Danny goes with him. Big Ed makes the guy get on his knees in the desert and take his clothes off. He holds a gun to head ready to pull the trigger. The guy starts whimpering. Big Ed pulls the trigger but the gun is empty. All you see next is an indication that the guy pissed his pants and the police are on their way.

I actually liked this episode, though didn't like what was happened to Delinda, but as a catalyst, it showed Ed in a controlled rage, and Danny trying to keep things from escalating too far.
The MIT subplot was pretty obvious, but it was fun to see "Revenge of the Nerds in Las Vegas".

Last night's espisode was great, IMO. I too liked the MIT sub-plot. How about that guy who fell asleep at the beach. The guy must have been sleeping for 2 days straight before he finally awoke. He'd have been more sunburned than he actually was.

The MIT nerds story was pretty funny although, I still can't believe that Hollywood still think that computer guys from places like MIT act like that.
Actually, was that thing the sleeping guy wearing actually his? Looked almost like a female bottom.
