I wasn't impressed with this one at all. It would've been a little better if the NBC promos hadn't given the surprise away.

Although, I can sort of see their point... how many people would've watched if they had just said "Guest starring Jean Claude Van Damne" vs. "Guest starring Jean Claude Van Damne who does the unthinkable- HE DIES!!!!!!!!"

The stupid zooms are getting pretty gratutious too... Wow! Look what we can do in our special effects department!

This show simply is not as good as it was at the start of the season. In all honesty, the past 3 or 4 episodes have really been about nothing - at least nothing of interest.

I couldn't agree more with Geofferson. At first I loved this show- and I could care less about the eye candy. That was there for the men and the women got to enjoy the fast paced, interesting story lines and glimpses of how the working Vegas sees things.

The last 4- maybe 5- episodes have been boring, disjointed within the episode and lacking flow from show to show. Storylines are developed, then dropped. Promos are based on a guest star that has 1 minute and 3 lines of screen time. Silly as the suicidal John Lovitz episode was, at least he was a prominent character in the episode. If they're going to pay these people, learn from Will and Grace and at least use them!!

Even the eye candy is less prominent and more habit.

Bring back the old Vegas!!!

I think I'm going back to watching Everwood in HD, and just watching Las Vegas off my ReplayTV because at least I'm more engaged when watching Everwood.

For some reason Las Vegas wasn't in HD last night, in Las Angeles. Anybody else have the same problem?

It was a nice twist that an actual person portrayed dying in a series. Kinda neat, hasn't really been done much before (or has it been done at all?)

The Delinda and Sam storylines were horrible.

Definitely the best part of the show. I'm not a big JC fan, so it was cool to see him die The character development is completely lacking in this series. Just when they start to develop something they brush over it the next episode.

Was she the same chick as at the beginning, only in a dark wig? The chick at the beginning that had the standoff with Van Damme looked familiar as well....probably the same chick, since it was mentioned that he gave her a part, and that is the only way that she was able to get any parts.

Man I just don't like Van Damme. Like his B-movie status would ever give him that much clout on a film set.

Loved it. This is by far my favorite new show of the season.

I really don't care about character development. I get enough of that on other shows I watch.

This is pure cheesy goodness and I look forward to it every week. Nice to see "JC" was a good sport about the whole thing too.

i agree it's a fun show, not a serious one

Whenever Vanessa Marcil is in tight pants and you get to see a rear shot, i just bone up!

Delinda doesn't seem as hot to me now

Yes who was Mrs Valentine

Las Vegas 2/16/04

Ed takes Sam and Danny on the road to New Orleans to track down a rich kid who owes the Montecito $4.5 million.

Mike is in charge of a wet t-shirt contest.

Mary has to deal with a guy who won the $360 million powerball lottery and uses the money to lord over his family, and they finally get tired of it while in Vegas, and cause a ruckus in the casino.

Sam visits a voodoo lady.

It was great to see Mary get smacked by a cream pie.

Mike was going out of mind with the wet t-shirt contestants.

Danny meets A.J. (a female version of him, played by Lola Glaudini), and Ed gets reunited with Dennis Hopper, who's running security at a New Orleans riverboat casino. I enjoyed Lola Glaudini with her cajun accent and flirtatious personality, much more enjoyable than when she's on The Handler.

Vanessa Marcil had way too much make-up on, but she was still so damn sexy.

I thought it was an okay ep. Dennis Hopper was alright as was the chick from the Handler.

I thought this was a fun episode. Pops was hilarious and A.J. was smokin' hot. I was always disapointed that she did not get much airtime (even as a regular) on The Handler. Plus you can't help but love the gratuitous boobage. Mary getting pied in the foodfight was .

who cares? It's got BOOBS!

Seriously though, with a set like LV how can you really have a show with great plots? It's mindless fun, not unlike most of the other stuff on TV.

I thought it was a fun episode.

Lola Glaudini

I thought it was funny she got more screentime on this as a guest star then she does on The Handler where she's a regular.

At least they didn't make Dennis Hopper use his russian accent
