Originally posted by Patrick G There's no way he'll win now, after his "whore" and "slut" comments. Viewers don't vote, the jury is sequestered, so they won't see his comments, and the only person around was Jee. |

Can't blame Robert. Those girls can be some bitches especially Alison. Wait till she finds out her boyfriend kicks her to the curb.

Originally posted by Patrick G I thought the jury was seeing everything but the diary room footage. HoH competion, nomination ceremony, Veto compet, Veto ceremony, etc.... not sure about the food challenge and other challenges, but probably. |
Originally posted by Jadzia I kinda like Alison. It's funny the vile reaction she stirs up in viewers. Some of the same people who admirerd Will in BB2 for his deviousness hate Alison. She is just playing the game and doing it very well. I am rooting for her to win it all. The brilliance of Will's strategy is that he set himself up to be the spoiler from day one. He went out of his way to be irritating and unlikable, but still slightly charming. He never actually screwed anyone over or betrayed anyone. He let everyone else screw each other and backstab until he was the lesser of two evils. Also, Will threw the HoH competitions so he wouldn't have to put anyone up for eviction. That saved him from a lot of ill will. Ali's strategy seems to be to be to do anything she can to just keep herself in the house. As it stands now, I think the only person in the house she will be able to beat in the final vote is Robert. If the strategy of getting rid of the men stands, then it will be Erika and Jun trying to backstab each other to go up against Ali in the final vote. |
I've just skimmed the past page, so pardon me if this has already been discussed... but does anyone know who's been nominated? I can't wait 'til Tuesday. ;)

My nominee predicitons: Robert and Jee
Even though Jun has the secret alliance with Jee, she's probably going to stick with the girls. Then they will pick Robert to go. This leaves Jun with her secret alliances with Jee and Alison which works in her favor. |
Did Alison just say that her and Justin broke up two months before this show started? I thought that she was going out with the new guy for a while. I am sure that he was happy to hear Alison tell everyone that he comes from a dirt poor family as well...

Well, surprise of all surprises! I can't believe how the nominations went down. I don't know why Jun decided to put one person up (no spoiler necessary). What is the logic there? I was thinking WTF!

Originally posted by Borst you do know who has the veto power right? think about when/if they use it who will get put up in thier place |
Originally posted by big whoppa Of course. That's why I don't understand why she put that person up. That prevents her from doing anything "stupid" or joining Robert and Jee again if the game turns that way. If Allison was not nominated and it was Robert and Jee and then Allison took one of them off with Veto, then Erika would have to go up (because Allison was POV holder). Let's say she took Robert off. Then the two voters (Robert and Allison) could vote off Erika instead of Jee if they wanted to. This takes all the power away from Allison and eliminates any chance that the plan would go any other way than the way Jun has planned for this week. |
Jun did the right thing given Allison's unpredictability in the game. Good move on Jun's part. Nobody trusts Allison anymore in that house, but she can be used if you know she acts always in self preservation mode.
|
Just pointing out I wrote a spoiler three days ago which revealed the nominations (which took place Sunday) and the reason why I thought Jun did it. Very smart on her part. It keeps her in control this week.

Does anyone think Allison won't use the POV??..What other choice does she have??..
This was a brilliant move by Jun..She's a lot smarter than she looks :) |
Maybe i'm thinking this through too much, but Alison and Erika didn't seem too surprised. My guess is that Alison said something like "wouldn't it be hilarious to NOT nominate Robert, and then have me use the veto power on myself so you can nominate him later"? I'm thinking that Alison probably orchestrated this herself. Everyone knows (except Robert) knows that she'll use the veto. So, when she uses the veto, and Jun is forced to nominate Robert, then JUN will look like the bad guy, which all plays into Alison's hands..

So, when she uses the veto, and Jun is forced to nominate Robert, then JUN will look like the bad guy, which all plays into Alison's hands.. Besides, I just don't see how Alison could use this to make Jun the bad guy because Robert and Jee both expected to be sitting in the nominees' seats on Wednesday from the moment Jun won HOH. When Alison vetoes herself, Jun will put up Robert. I really think it was Jun's way of controlling Alison and keeping control of the round rather than letting it slip into Alison's treacherous hands. Did everyone see Robert's reaction shots when he wasn't nominated? I suppose by now he has figured out he's going to be in one of the nominees' chairs tonight. He always seems to be a step or two behind the ladies brainwise. Probably the story of his life and why he hates them so much. The only other thing I could see happening is Jun turning on Erika and nominating her instead of Robert because everyone sees her as a threat to win if she gets to the final two. But Jun, I'm sure, realizes that that move would probably work too much against her, putting her too much in the traitor, bad guy role. BTW, does anyone else think the last two weeks of having the HOH know the veto holder before the nominations is a bad idea? I think it truly gives them too much power and makes it too easy for them. When the HOH does not know who will win the veto, his or her job is a lot harder. |
My thoughts on why Jun nominated Alison vs. Robert is so that in the final voting, Robert will look back on this episode and remember that Jun didn't put him up (initially). Jun is working on a little goodwill with the judges. Robert may go up after Alison uses the POV, but the first choice is more telling about who Jun wanted out.
