Big Brother 4 - The Ex Factor (Thread III)

Who do you think deserves to win the most?

I say.... Justin

mariakitty 08-17-03 11:42 PM

I would like to see Jack win - or almost anyone except Allison, Justin or Robert. I'm so glad Erika won HOH and I hope her nominations remain in place for Wednesday's eviction. I want to see the Three Stooges broken up, which would make for a more interesting game. :)

I'm rooting for Jack just because the deck was stacked against him, but using psychology on the younger hamsters, he's found a way to stick around for 5-6 weeks now.

I think Robert's going home (if POV isn't used). But if the house was smart, Justin is the bigger "threat" to win future HOHs and POVs than Robert (even though Robert won POV over Jee once).

saoirse 08-18-03 10:21 AM

Justin and Jack are the only ones I don't hate and perhaps Robert. But Justin is by far my favorite.

Alison is just a dirty skank.
Jun is so full of herself it's ridiculous.
Erika is a racist bitch.
And Jee's just a fool.

ok, I missed most (almost all) of the first part of this season....just saw the first week or so and just picked it up again these last two weeks.......so I missed a lot.
I've seen comments about Erika being racist made several places. Can someone fill me in?

Do a search on "Korean" and "boat" and you will probably find it.

Edit: Yep, HERE

mariakitty 08-18-03 07:09 PM

Without defending Erika's comments, is what she said really any different from many comments the other house guests have made? For example, Justin was REALLY uncomfortable at the thought of Nathan being gay and I'm sure CBS cut some of his comments to Alison about it. Jun makes a lot of comments about Koreans and coming off the boat. There have been a lot of deragatory comments about women made by the guys in the house. I don't think any of it is right, but I do think it's unfair to single out Erika.

Just my two cents. :D

I want Justin to win. Or Robert. Sadly, one of them will be gone this week...

The only two I don't want to win are: Jun and Alison.

evenflow 08-18-03 09:05 PM

Why do you you guys want Justin to win? He's a moron. IMO.

thanks for the link. yikes! who did she say that about and why?

taa455 08-18-03 10:12 PM

Erika was referring to Jee after he nominated her along with Michelle. I think it was the second round of nominations. I can't remember if Erika actually said those words to someone. I think she was by herself.

Justin is as smart as anyone else on the show. He is probably one of the more intelligent houseguests, actually. What makes you think he's a moron?

He was? I don't remember Justin being overly uncomfortable with the idea? All I remember is him laughing about it. I prefer not to judge someone on what you claim be "sure" was cut.

It depends on how it was said. Erika's comments were certainly deragotory and mean-spirited. It's still interesting that these kind of comments are OK to air but if she had said the "N" word she would have been in so much trouble. CBS would not air that.

Technically, he's not a moron. But the smugness from the stooges last week, as if they've already got final 3 locked up, was quite stupid.

I don't know. His reasons for nominating Jack and Nathan (they lied to my face) and him always saying that you can win without lying make him stupid, IMO. And he also said he voted for David because David lied too. It's Big Brother 4, what the f**k did he expect?
Plus, he's short.

B.A. 08-19-03 05:30 PM

Justin should have never brought up the whole "lying" thing period. Everyone lies in this game, whether the situation changes or not. And yes, he is really short.

The smugness from the Amigos got on my nerves last week as well. I really hope Robert gets voted out, since he seems the most smug and arrogant to me at times.

Patman 08-19-03 05:37 PM

What comes around, goes around. The 3 stooges were really overly-confident that either Jee or Robert were going to get HoH, and then Big Brother throws in the endurance challenge, and those 2 stooges just didn't have it in them to outlast the other "weaker" players. The Dream Team will be but a memory come tomorrow night.

Plus, acting like jackasses last week when Justin was HoH was bound to bite them in the butt. Their juvenile antics painted even larger targets on their backsides.

mariakitty 08-19-03 06:50 PM

The 3 Stooges are getting exactly what they deserve, especially after last week. I hope Justin and his bangs are gone tomorrow, though I have a feeling Robert will get the boot. They better pray for POV (I didn't read who got it.)

3 cheers for the so-called underdogs :)

garmonbozia 08-19-03 06:55 PM

If the other players are smart, they will evict Justin. He is the bigger threat......but I have a feeling it will be Robert.

movieking 08-19-03 08:02 PM

I would be shocked if Robert is eliminated. I think that Justin will go in a landslide.

B.A. 08-19-03 09:07 PM

I don't give a **** who goes - I will just be happy to see the Three Amigos broken up and then the game can really get good.

My thoughts exactly.

big whoppa 08-19-03 10:47 PM

I really like the Three Amigos/Three Stooges. Why shouldn't they have been a little smug? They deserved it. They had targets on their foreheads the very day they stepped into the house. Hey, payback is a bitch. It's just desserts IMO. Besides, they are a fun bunch.

Patman 08-20-03 07:38 AM

I really don't know how inept Jack is in these "competitions" for HoH or POV. He was dead last in this week's POV that Jun won. Jack's time was almost 3x worst than the second to last time, and 6x worst than Jun's winning time. He's either really slow in his mental processes or trying too hard to look like the Mr. Magoo of the Big Brother house.

So will Justin squeak by from the strength of his sub-alliance with Allison, and a possible vote (to stay) from Jun?

Jee will vote to boot Robert (it makes sense to try to take the strongest ally into the final 6 at this point).

Jack will vote to boot Justin due to his threat to winning HoHs/PoVs.

That leaves Allison and Jun, who might be inadvertent allies as the house is whittled down to 6 players and the other 4 have overt partners/pairs.

With a tie vote, Erika will boot out Justin, even though she'd love to boot out Robert for personal reasons (even if they have sorted out, somewhat, their personal history of hurt and betrayal).
