I am not so sure that Erika couldn't remember the shells. Since the girls are all aligned, it didn't really matter which one of them won the competition, so it wouldn't be a big deal if Erika threw it.

I was wondering if she threw it also. She seemed about to answer it and then it was like she decided to stall. I was wondering if she was running through the scenario in her head.

She probably figures that Jun would put up Jee and Robert, so she'd rather let Jun do it and therefore be eligible to compete for HOH the following week when she'd likely need it more.

Patman 08-28-03 08:49 AM

Robert looked so outgunned in the HOH comp last night, and Jee looked so disgusted when he had to give the HoH medallion to Jun. Jee's dumb for thinking Robert could pull his own weight in the comps.

taa455 08-28-03 09:12 AM

Jee is a complete fool. I have been defending him all season, but the way he handled last week as HOH was absolutely boneheaded.

CaptStormy 08-28-03 09:33 AM

Hey! Cut Jee some slack! He is quitting smoking! LOL

Like that's hard to do.

I don't think any of the people left deserve to win.. :( another let down reality series...

big whoppa 08-28-03 01:08 PM

Why in the hell did Jee think he could trust Allison? If he didn't tell her about the items that were magically missing from the house, the girls wouldn't have received an early alert and Jun may not have won. After seeing the girls hugging and jumping for joy after Jun won the competition, I hope he's awaken to the fact that Allison is not with them (Robert and Jee). Although that floater can change directions at any minute.

Good for Allison's boyfriend. As for her parent's...of course, they don't want everyone to think that their daughter is a two-faced slut. This girl has gone from weapy-eyed baby to a bold-face liar. She's going to get what's coming to her.

Patman 08-28-03 01:13 PM

I think within the game, Allison has played beautifully, she's been able to play the 2 main alliances against each other well, and had no guilt on letting her "Rook" take the fall for her. In this game, you have to be prepared to sacrifice your "buds" in the house in order to advance when your alliance is targetted for eviction. Both Jack or Erica knew this, and played accordingly. Jack just had the bad luck of having 2 females in the "jury" and Erika was able to exploit that advantage (Jack would have done the same if there were 2 males on the "jury").

Erika's been acting fake and calm all summer long. Robert's just a nasty guy. Jee thinks he's a good guy, but his actions say otherwise. Jun is shifty, and hard to read (she's used Jee all the way through this game). Allison also is a fabulous actress in how she can be all things to all alliances in the house. I would not be surprised if Allison won (if the jury of 7 can put aside their personal animosity and appreciate the massive con job she did on them).

IMO, Alison could reach the final two but I seriously cannot see many people voting for her even if Jee stood next to her.
Dana, Nathan and probably Justin are definite anybody but Alison votes. Jack is "I dunno.
She would need to get every other vote to win which I don't think she can get.

I'll spoiler this since it was on the live feed, but it's not really that big of a surprise:

Spoiler:

That's exactly how Allison has been selling herself to the other housemates. "Bring me to the finals. Everyone will vote for you since they hate me." I'll give her credit...it's kind of a smart move.

I hope she doesn't make it that far (the finals.) I don't even want her to get the second place prize money. From day one she's been nothing but an annoying, whiny bitch who likes to hear the sound of her own voice. Oh yeah, and she's quite the little whore, isn't she?

Spoiler:
Another lovely note from the live feeds: Allison's on the rag and is taking every opportunity to use that as an excuse for being a bitch.
"Sorry, I'm on my period, I can't help it!"

God.. make her shut up. Just please make her shut up. Or die. Either would be nice.

clemente 08-28-03 08:34 PM

I hate Allison, I've wanted her booted almost from day one. I really don't want her in the finals...I actually wish physical injury upon here.......but she has played the game very well.

What is readily apparent to us at home, that she's playing everybody is not apparent to the house guest. She has the trust of both sides and uses it against them without either side taking much action against her.....floaters are not that powerful, or shouldn't be.

That said, I don't think she'd have the votes in the end against anyone, except maybe Jun.

I don't like Allison, but mostly for the things she says that aren't "planned." She'll make a lot of vicious comments that I think she is trying to say quietly or doesn't think about and we have been hearing them all thanks to BB. When Will would rip people in the diary room it was part of his plan.

But, if Allison makes the finals she's going to have a good argument that playing both sides so effectively makes her worthy of winning. And I think she might swing the people who don't like her because no one else in there has been as good. I think both Nathan and Justin would be won over by her and she'd get both of their votes. The only way Justin doesn't vote for Allison is if it's Robert or Jee (unlikely) in the finals or if weeks of sex with Dana renders him incapable of voting for someone Dana hates. Nate will vote for Allison to win if she's in the finals.

At this point, the person I want to Not win the money is the same person who probably deserves it the most. Pig-faced Allison. And when she collects the dough, she'll drop the football player boyfriend before he has the chance to dump her. Which would also be a shame.

Marvdog 08-28-03 11:03 PM

I for one like allison and would like a romp in the sack w/her.

mariakitty 08-29-03 12:02 AM

I bet Nathan will be glad to see Jack walk through the door of the jury house since he's probably left alone most of the time now that Justin has arrived.

I think I'm rooting for Erika or Jun at this point, but I really wanted Jack to take the prize money.

We laughed so much last night when Alison's boyfriend was interviewed. Her parents think HE is immature? That was priceless. He actually seemed like a nice guy and could do much better than Alison.

dolphinboy 08-29-03 09:56 PM

Space Mountain? Rob, how can you ever show your face again in public?

There must be some big caramel apples at Disneyland these days.

Alison got game...again. I hate her, but she got game. She threw out the MTV video awards idea after the second clue.

Jadzia 08-29-03 10:39 PM

I kinda like Alison. It's funny the vile reaction she stirs up in viewers. Some of the same people who admirerd Will in BB2 for his deviousness hate Alison. She is just playing the game and doing it very well. I am rooting for her to win it all.

clemente 08-29-03 11:18 PM

Will lied to your face and told you he was lying to your face and still he hung around.

Allison tries to protray herself in the "I'm your best ally, I will never betray you" light.

Plus will was at least clever, Alison's threat come off a spoiled little daddy's girl trying to get her way.

But still she's played very well, my hatred of her hasn't blinded me to that fact.

garmonbozia 08-29-03 11:46 PM

:( I fell asleep and missed the show.

Did I miss anything important?

dolphinboy 08-30-03 12:05 AM

The thing that amazes me is that no one seems to think Alison is the WORST person to bring to the finals. She has played the game the best and she could easily get a landslide of votes aside from Dana.

Erika might be the nicest person left, but she's not played that well and most people have brought up that she's a fake. I'm not sure I agree. She could win too.

Jun doesn't have much chance with the jury unless she's up against Jee or Robert.

Robert has been horrible. He could even lose Justin's vote if Alison was against him.

Jee also has almost no chance. He has no idea what he's doing, he's gotten lucky, and he's alienated everyone more often than not.

Jun may need to keep the alliance with girls to feel safe, but I think she only has a chance to win in the final against Robert or Jee. If someone has control and decides to keep Alison because they think she won't win, I think they will be sorry and dead wrong.

Marvdog 08-30-03 12:48 AM

If I were on the show...

my guess wouldve been: JUN is in outer space wearing an AUSTRONAUTS SUIT watching a VIDEO and eating APPLES.

If I were on the show, I'd pull a knife on Jun... like that guy from BB2. Would be worth being kicked out... ;)

briank 08-30-03 02:51 PM

so I was just reading on another board, don't know if it was ever mentioned here but it seems as though Erika's current boyfriend is Josh Souza from Big Brother 1.

shanester 08-30-03 05:27 PM

Rob is the dumbest and most useless player ever!!

He does NOT deserve to win imo. Although he seems to be a good dad to his little girl so he's not a total loser :D

Patrick G 08-30-03 05:31 PM

There's no way he'll win now, after his "whore" and "slut" comments.

movieking 08-30-03 08:04 PM

What comments are those? I must have missed them.
