1. B5
2. Twilight Zone/Outer Limits
3. Buffy - just for some of the lines they used, is worth rewatching
4. Fresh Prince - I don't know why, but I can watch these again and again
5 is one of these: SG1, Futurama, Family Guy or MacGyver

In chronological order:
Monty Python's Flying Circus
M*A*S*H
Twin Peaks
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The Sopranos
If The X-Files had ended three seasons earlier it would be up there someplace.

I picked the X-Files because it did break some new ground and overall I liked Mulder and Scully. There were some good stories told there and some effort was put into it.

No order.. stuff I found to drop in quality too much I can't include if it brings down the show's overall quality - despite how great the early stuff might be, it's just not fair (so sorry stuff like Simpsons and X-Files.)
- Deep Space Nine
- Standalone Complex (ok, so technically there are still so episodes to finish... but I love it to death so far)
- Cowboy Bebop
- Star Trek Original (season 3 has a lot of bad episodes, but it's only one season.. the good outweigh it)
- Star Trek Next Generation
I feel kind of geeky putting THREE Treks in there. To be honest, I'd love to put Oz in there, or Farscape, but I've seen less than half of those shows, and it wouldn't be right to.

Homicide:LOTS
Buffy/Angel (they're the same show to me)
Babylon 5
Farscape
(I'm not counting hbo shows - if I did, Sopranos & 6'U would be in there somewhere, too.)
