Indy, if it's not too late I suggest holding off on Angel Season 1 until you get to Buffy Season 4 because they happen at the same time as far as the "Buffy Time Line" goes. Idealy you should watch Buffy 4 and Angel 1 at the same time switching back and forth betwen the episodes because there are several cross-overs.

Ive never seen Babylon 5, I might try it, I was always afraid it was too Star Treky... I think Trek TNG is a weak show as far as Sci Fi shows go (and I'm a huge sci fi TV show fan) shame because I love the original Trek.

B5 and TNG have a LOT in common. For one, they both take place in the future. Also, um ... hmm ... they're both TV shows. Oh, and they both contain the letter 'a'. On second thought, they're nothing alike. Give the show a chance.
