To the complete contrary, I expect it to be very good and the first in a 3 part trilogy to end the TNG franchise.

You really think that there will be 2 more TNG movies after Nemesis? I thought this was supposed to be the last one? If there are more down the road, do you think they'll bring back Spock to close out the Federation-Romulan rivalry (sort of a sequel to Reunification) much like the Federation-Klingon rivalry was closed at the end of the TOS movies?

It should've been a giveaway that something was up when a station that could replicate the Warp Plasma if it needed it was asking for Warp Plasma in a trade.
Could they have hit us over the head with the Borg thing any more? It was okay, and actually a pretty damn neat episode, until they started yammering about that little implant thing at the end of the episode.

I think it's pushing it a bit claiming that there's obvious Borg references. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they thought they were coming up with a new twist on things. (
) The theme was automation, not Collective. Consider that the writers are totally clueless. Fer instance: Enterprise’s computer took up three decks. Taking the current computer evolution liner-wise (as opposed to exponential-wise, as in the past), a computer that big a coupla hundred years from now should be able to run the whole universe. They tried to counterpoint the difference between that and the brain (human or otherwise). It’s and old, old story, dating back to B&W “Outer Limits” and 60s Sci-Fi days.
But, if they had used their imagination (of which they have none), they would have realized that by then computers will have surpassed the biological brain by an order of magnitude.
The Borg are almost completely biological. The repair station is quite the opposite.

A little OT but I doubt we'll see another ST movie with the TNG cast. It would have to do really well, like ST IV well.
My expectations are fairly low for this one.

Finally watched this one and I was amazed it didn't suck. It wasn't a great episode (if it was TNG or DS9 it would have been a so-so ep) but for Enterprise it was pretty good.
Finally, they have an original idea and they don't use some alien race from the other series while trashing continuity.
Finally, they have an epsidoe that illustrates how they lack technology. It was refreshing to see Enterprise damaged heavily at the end of the last episode and actually spend an epsidoe showing how they deal with it.
The space station was a cool idea and I like how they never really explained the whole thing, but kept it kind of mysterious.
I have been a big detractor of Enterprise, but I think they are off to a better start this season. This was a good episode and I also really enjoyed the Vulcan in the 50's episode (even though that one kind of trashed continuity, but it was still kind of fun.)

Was it me, or was that iris door prop the same one Ridley Scott used in Alien? Not a dig at them, just an observation. If I was Archer, I’d a been scared to crawl through that thing. I guess I just don’t trust machines.
Oh yeah. I liked this one too.
Phlox’s “He’s dead.” line was so well delivered.
