He was on one of the late night shows after the second or third episode and he gave away that both his daughter AND wife were kidnapped (this was prior to Terri's abduction by The Sentinel ). He immediately realized what he had done, but it was too late.

I'm sure he'll be better prepared to keep the plot secret tonight, but I'm not going to watch just to be sure.

www.darkhorizons.com reports a rumor that FOX is looking into a special DVD release of the full season which'll include the original unedited pilot and all three alternate endings.

you could make everybody in dvd talk very happy by posting this information.

And I wouldn't be worried about Sutherland giving away spoilers. All the actors had to sign some type of contract, "Survivor" style, saying they won't disclose any information about the plot.

He did it once already... it's possible he might do it again, even though he signed a nondisclosure thing.

Excellent point. Nina has a bit of a 'wonderment' look on her face after Jack shoots her, but she knew she had the flak jacket on. I thought at the time that look indicated her mole-ness, but then I couldn't understand her behavior since. The idea that she turned on the Drazens over her expendibility is plausible.

And let's take that a step further. Suppose Nina is the mole, and she was told to deliberately start a relationship with Jack. Now she's with Tony. Was she told to do that as well? And if so, for what reason.
Here's the key question: in that episode (1am, I think), does Walsh give Jack the gun he shoots with, or does Jack have his own? I can't believe the two people Jack shot would be happy if Walsh was on their team?

My only hope is that this thing turns out to be about far more than revenge. Greed is always an excellent motive.

Or so we're led to believe... The problem is that we the viewer see no visual confirmation of his death-- only that he was 'shot'. Jack leaves the scene without getting any closer to Walsh. A tiny thread to hang a conspiracy theory on, but a thread nonetheless.

I would also hope that if there was a "tie up" for the show were it may have originally ended if FOX didn't pick up all 24 episode that that would be included too (this would probably only be an alternate 10 minutes to the episode where Terri and Kim are rescued by CTU after the 1st abduction).

can't you put the tracking stuff in the gernie or on the oxygen tank? something that would take them time to replace? also, can't you track them with satelite imaging?

The show hasn't been confirmed to come to dvd, but oddly enough, amazon.com has setup a system where they will send you an email notifying you when the show is available for purchase.

I'm not to well known about amazon.com, and maybe they do this for all rumors, but it seems that this would be a big sign that "24" is on it's way to dvd.
