I've thought about getting Hulu, but I've always managed to resist.

I pay for Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube Premium. I also have access to HBO Max as well as various other cable and premium channels (Starz, Showtime, etc.) through work.
Everything else is still in and out of rotation. The main one I don’t have is Disney+, but my girlfriend has it, and I mainly watch it when I’m with her so I don’t really need my own account. I’ve had it a couple times here and there but don’t keep it active.

Updated for 2021:
Comes with my DirecTV service:
HBO Max
Starz

Paid: Some of these are paid in advance so there is no recurring monthly bill.
Netflix
Hulu
Prime Video
Disney +
Shudder
CBS All-Access
ESPN+
Hi-Yah - Martial arts movie streaming service
Sundance Now - 1 year discounted promo. Good selection of Indie and British shows/movies
Discovery +
YouTube Premium
Apple TV +
I had AMC+ for a few months to see Walking Dead World Beyond and Fear the Walking Dead early and Gangs of London, but dropped it to get Discovery +

YoutubeTV
Netflix
Hulu (thinking about dropping this one)
Amazon
CBS All Access (will drop when The Stand is done and re-up whenever Picard returns)
Apple+ (this was a free year I got when upgrading my phone. It’s about to expire and I won’t continue... only ever watched The Morning Show)
HBO Max (I don’t actually pay for this since I use my dad’s DirecTV info)
Disney+
As for music:
Spotify
nugs.net

Netflix
Disney+
Prime Video Canada
Criterion Channel
Crunchyroll
I still have a subscription to DAZN but I won't be renewing it when it comes up for renewal in August.
I wish HBO Max was in Canada as Crave, which has streaming rights for most of the HBO Max programming is a rip off.
I do pay a monthly subscription for my Android Box too.
