The app doesn’t work on my iPad either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Super fucking annoying since I watch most stuff away from home, but this show I’ll have to just wait until I can use my Fire Stick.

Haven’t tested it yet, but noticed an iOS update for the app this morning.

The update didn’t do any good. After 4 weeks of it being completely unusable, I cancelled the day before it was set to renew. Then did it as an Amazon add-on. Now I can watch Picard without trying to navigate a bunch of bullshit. Oh, and I contacted CBS several times and never got a response, so fuck them.

I have had CBS All-Access as a Amazon add-on for years and never had a problem.

I had nothing but problems with the standalone CBS All Access .

Works fine on my Xbox One. The only thing is when I first sign in it takes a bit for it to load up.

I use CBS All-Access on Roku Ultra and my iPad and have had no issues. I've been a member since the service launched and have it year round.

Their closed captioning sucks.

It is behind the audio on the twilight zone episodes.

I’ve noticed that too. Mainly noticed it on Star Trek (TOS). Picard seems okay though. I don’t overly rely on subtitles so it’s whatever, but it is kind of annoying.

Can't get these to work since they updated the interface which no longer allows promo codes to be entered while and active promo is on the account.

I’m okay paying the $9.99 for a while longer. Just finishing up Picard and then will probably get rid of it. I have been watching TOS on it too though.

I sent them an email, they said they would credit my account, worth a shot....

CBS All-Access is also giving out a promo code: "GIFT" to give you access for a month to watch Picard.

Worked for us as I could actually add a code to our account as we were no longer in a discount period.

I noticed when I first went to the website there was a notification at the top of the page for a month free. So there might be another code ALL for a month free.

How are others able to add a code to their account while still in a promo period? I noticed when I added the code that the section that accepts codes disappeared.

I signed up for the free month using Amazon (can't remember how...) but I don't think I'll be able to extend using the code since it wasn't through the app.

Can anyone confirm definitively?

Not sure... I signed up last week with Picard's code "gift" then in the Picard S1E9 thread someone mentioned using "enjoy" for another free month. The coupon field was there and the code worked but now the coupon field is gone.

I'll take the two free months right now.

That makes sense as the Picard was originally supposed to be for Picard only then turned to full service. So it likely didn't trip the removal of the coupon code box.

Just a heads up that even though the two months from the Gift and Enjoy codes showed correctly redeemed on my account with a Next Billing Date of May 25th, CBS has since removed the second month without notice and my account now shows the Next Billing Date of April 25th instead.
