Thanks for the suggestions! I do like Westerns, and yeah, I was just assuming Yellowstone was on there. As it turns out, I did buy a bunch of seasons on Vudu but haven’t gotten around to watching them. I’ll make a note of 1883.

I signed up for the Amazon Prime $0.99/mo. deal. I’d like to see The Lost City and the various Star Trek franchises, but I haven’t seen a whole lot else to keep me beyond the cheap two months. Also, this is through Amazon channels, and Prime Video is my least favorite service interface. But we’ll see.

The best thing about Paramount+ in my opinion is The Challenge All Stars and The Real World Homecoming. Two great throw back nostalgia series. 1883 is also very good. Those three are the main reasons why I subscribe. Also, some reality series are uncensored on Paramount +.
I have a deal for Paramount + and Showtime for $9.99 through Apple TV+. I have to be subscribed to all three to keep that deal though, but I get Paramount+, Showtime, and Apple TV+ for $14.99.

I have the same deal but pay for Apple TV+ by the year ($49.99). It's a good bundle.

My Sportsline.com promo ended as of today and I cancelled on the Sportsline website. But, Paramount plus is still working as of now, but will probably end tomorrow.
I'm going to keep Paramount Plus as I watch it a lot and there's a lot of new content coming in the months ahead. So I used my main email and signed up for the $99 1 year subscription and I have a free 1 month promo. I'd rather just pay it off for the year than have a recurring monthly bill.

Wait and see if they offer you more. Sportsline sent me another year and half for free a little while back. Can't complain.

Alright, I did see that Sportsline has a promo for 50% off + 3 free months with the promo code FIELD. So it would be $49.99 for 15 months. That sounds pretty good.

What the heck is Sportsline?

It's a gambling and fantasy sports site that is owned by CBS. If you purchase a subscription to it, they give you Paramount plus for free. Many here caught a deal, including me, for $10 for like a 16 month subscription. But that deal is long gone. So if you can find a good sportsline promo, you can link it to Paramount plus. You don’t have to use sportsline if you don’t do fantasy sports or gamble on sports.

I just checked Paramount Plus again. TMP: Director's Edition 4K is still around until August 31st. First Contact 4K was indeed dropped.
Part IV, Generations and Nemesis are also leaving August 31st.
The licensing is all over the place. A few were added to Prime Video/EPIX and First Contact was added to Starz.

Paramount+ Combines With Showtime In Single Streaming App; Limited-Time Discounts Start At $7.99 A Month
Paramount+ and Showtime have combined into a single streaming app.
The full bundling follows an initial move last year to unify the billing of the two, with significant discounts, as Paramount Global was looking to give an extra boost to Paramount+. Formerly known as CBS All Access, the streaming service rebranded in 2021.
New subscribers will be able to sign up for Paramount+ With Showtime for $7.99 a month for the basic, ad-supported service and $12.99 for the ad-free version. Current subscribers can upgrade to the bundle within their app. After the introductory discount ends October 2, the bundle will cost $11.99 with ads or $14.99 without them. Subscribers interested in having only Showtime, without Paramount+, will still be able to get it for $10.99 a month as a stand-alone offering as well as through third-party distributors.
Before the bundle rollout, Paramount+ had been $4.99 a month with ads, or $9.99 without ads. (Live shows, particularly sports, are not part of the ad-free promise.)
The Paramount combination comes as Warner Bros Discovery is working to bring together HBO Max and Discovery+ into a single app. Disney’s three-part bundle of Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu has been a major success since its 2020 introduction. For now, each service within it remains separate, though it is widely expected that Hulu will migrate to Disney+ once Disney gains full control of Hulu in 2024.
Paramount Global said Paramount+ added 4.9 million subscribers in the second quarter ending June 30, reaching 43.3 million overall, the bulk of the company’s total subscriber base of almost 64 million. The company plans to have Paramount+ in 60 global territories by the end of the year. Outside the U.S., some Showtime programming has already been streaming on Paramount+.
In announcing the full combo, Paramount Global said its aim was to make signing up and finding programming a smoother process.
“The Paramount+ with Showtime bundle offers consumers unprecedented value by providing one of the broadest content libraries in streaming at one of the lowest prices in the marketplace,” said Tom Ryan, president and chief executive officer of Paramount Global Streaming. “This singular user experience streamlines sign-up and enhances discovery, and this lower price will allow more households to enjoy this exceptional combined entertainment offering.”

I still have to say I hate the Paramount+ app on my smart tv (Vizio). It’s always super slow and freezes up and oftentimes it’s hard to get titles to even want to play. It’s not my internet or tv either as other apps work just fine.

I see the offer to upgrade for $3 to add Showtime on the website. I'm currently getting it free, I think through a T-Mobile promotion. So I'm not sure if I click the upgrade button, if I will only pay the $3 upgrade fee or if I'll lose my promotional pricing, and get charged $7.99 for the ad account.

So, I already have Showtime attached to my Paramount Plus subscription (under one account)...do I still need to update at some point, or am I already considered a Bundle customer.? Anyone know? I was going to contact them via a chat, but after waiting 10 minutes (and the wait time not decreasing), I gave up.
I have a yearly plan that gives me both (without Paramount ads) for $130, which is $10.83 per month, so I'm in no hurry to upgrade if the new yearly rate is more (and given those monthly charges, it seems it will be).

I get Showtime and P+ through ATV+ for $9.99 combined, as long as I keep my APTV+ subscription active.

Yeah if not for the Sportline deal I would've gone for the combined one through apple +. Is that not available for new subscribers anymore?
