I was tempted by the Buffy deal since I've been working my way through the whole DVD series for the first time, but I needed to give the credit card a break after buying a bunch of stuff over the holidays.

Good point. I used all my coupons already, but I think the expiration was 1/21 or something like that.

Vudu has a new look for those who care about such things...just flipped this afternoon (it's kinda confusing honestly)

One little sale I picked up on is Mini Monsters (Hidden Kingdoms) is only $2.99 for all 3 episodes. I'm always looking for good stuff to show to my toddler and this might fit the bill.

At least we can filter out UHD movies a lot easier now. And maybe it's a sale or maybe it's something new they've started, but for UHD options, most are $14.99 or $19.99. Only exceptions are the Disney stuff like Thor 3 and Last Jedi which are both going for $24.99 pre-order. Guess they realized most are going for $29.99 for older stuff. The Harry Potter films bundle is $74.99 for all 8 films in UHD, which is a damn good price.

Yeah, it's pretty freaking horrible. Plus for television you used to be able to tell what episodes you own (if you didn't have all of them), now you have to freaking guess (or look at the mobile app I guess). How the heck did this pass testing?

I tried to purchase something to test it out. Once I logged in, it just froze and that was the end of the transaction!

What are you guys using? I purchased Star Trek The Undiscovered Country this morning on a laptop using Chrome.

Chrome, Dell Laptop, lol. Let's see with IE right quick...nope same crap, different browser. It only shows up to purchase if I log out first. I mean, I can spend less money doing digital, I'm sure...but I don't think that's their goal.

BTW, watched the first episode of Hidden Kingdoms last night, toddler was memorized, and that's saying something...if its anything out of Thomas, Curious George or Elmo (and Despicable Me as of late), he usually isn't interested at all.

I can see which episodes I own. I own a few pilot episodes that were free. Instead of "Own $1.99" I have "Watch" for that particular episode.

One really nice improvement, IMO - I can now right click on the image of a movie and open it up in a different tab. Very nice if I'm scrolling through, say, a deals page and I don't want to have to start back at the top every time I want to look at the page of one specific movie and then go back to the deals page.

Is it just me or can one no longer tell if a movie is UV or MA on Vudu's site?

I use VUDU through my PS4 and the interface is same.

New site works fine for me.
