The only thing that really appealed to me was the RWBY bundle at $14.99. but there might be some good stuff for the rest of you.

Edit: Note, the last one, all 8 discs are available on disc to digital. I'll probably do that (I own all of them on Blu-ray I believe but I'll double check) and add a couple of titles. But its still a great option for those who don't have the dedication I do :)

Vudu has added "Vudu Extras" to a lot of movies. It's stuff like documentaries, featurettes, deleted scenes, gag reels, etc. On the movie page, you'll see it above "Cast & Crew", "Reviews", "Similar". Looks like it's mostly on new releases. I couldn't find any on older catalog titles.

Vudu needs to start offering multiple audio tracks and optional subtitles. Right now, movies with multiple audio tracks have a listing for each one. And all subtitles are burned in. For example, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo has two versions.

Maybe it's a limitation with their video codec. But they need to get that fixed. iTunes kicks their ass in that department. When you buy a foreign film on iTunes, you get all the available audio/subtitle options.

For those that are interested - VUDU is selling the digital/disc edition of Batman:The Killing Joke for $17.96. It's actually cheaper to get both than spending the $19.99 for just the HDX version. FYI.

Highlights: Pirates! Band of Misfits has the Mini-movie - So You Want to be a Pirate (which is very funny) and Spectre has 7 featurettes and 2 trailers. Loving this stuff, hope it only gets better.

Not much else unfortunately, was hoping that the Mortal Kombat bundle would be under $10 but I don't need it at $10.99.

BTW, general word of warning VUDU has flipped their options. SD now appears at the top and HDX is at the bottom of the selections. So take an extra second and be sure you know what you are clicking on. Don't say I didn't warn you :).

Last thing, I am now over 200 movies digitally. Yeahie! (I'm sure the rest of you are 500/1000 though).

how come Vudu only does some extras for some movies? why not more? like The Lobster has a 20+ min featurette on the Bluray. how come they can't include that on the extras for the digital copy? just wondering what gets them and what doesn't...

Well all digital codes don't provide extras, it's just the streaming service that does - usually as an exclusive. I'm not a fan and could care less I guess. Though it is nice that Vudu is doing this now. Now if they only start dropping the price of 4K movies from $29.99.

anyone know if there is a return policy for unopened Bluray purchased through the disc + digital program? will Walmart take it back and refund money? i know i would be getting away with a free digital copy if possible, so not sure if it is a likely scenario...
