Also, did you link your UV account with your Vudu acct? Also worth noting: Please be patient while your Library is refreshed. (This may be your first visit to myuv.com or you may have recently made a change to your Library.) Not all your movies and TV shows are listed below, but rest assured they are still in place and can be streamed and downloaded from your favorite UltraViolet services. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. They may be having tech issues. |

Go to your Vudu account profile and see how you are logged in. Is it the same login as the or you use to sign into myuv.com?

While you're there, Flixster has a page for Alexander: The Ultimate Cut. If you don't have a Flixster account, you can still test the code to see if it takes, but it's always good to have as a backup to your VUDU account. I'd say at least one out of ten of the codes I've redeemed has required me to try a second site after VUDU refused it. |

Yeah, maybe they can shed light on it. For me, it turns out I had 2 email addresses for UV. One has 3 titles, the other has 800+. One login uses a login ID name while the other used an email address. I think I created the first one by accident when UV was first announced, but didn't use it again since nothing worked when it first started. When Disney announced they would start linking their movies, I went back and grabbed all of my codes, but created a new UV account for them.

So Alexander: Ultimate cut only displays in Flixster and does not port over to VUDU. I guess I can only watch it on the computer or portable device? I have to see if Flixster even has an app to stream through the PS4 like VUDU.

Yeah, they may be able to. But one way I check is by simply trying to redeem and seeing if it comes up. Doesn't look like it when looking up that Alexander one.

That's probably what happened. My UV is merged with VUDU and I see the movies that I originally redeemed on UV on VUDU but not Alexander, which was done through Flixster. As far as I can tell my FLixster is already merged with VUDU, though.
