Finished up The Hateful Eight and the video/audio quality was great. I loaded up 20 more movies on my VuDu account. Fucking fantastic service.

My SNL's daughter from 1st marriage came over one day. She was dropping off a blu-ray she brought for her mother to watch. I asked her what she did with the Digital HD codes. She said nothing the inserts a still in the blu-ray she brought. I told her she should redeem them or sale them. She signed up for a UV & vudu account & she's now hooked.

Carol is available through instant watch if you buy the Blu-ray via Walmart.com. I pre-ordered it last night and got the email 5 minutes after that it was ready to be viewed and there it was - in my VUDU queue.
It helps if you're already getting the Blu-ray, because there already is an option on VUDU to get it early - but doing it this way ensures you get the Blu-ray AND a second Digital HD code once it officially releases. |

Disney does not do instawatch from what I have been reading. It also doesn't help that they're releasing the Digital HD version like 3-4 days before the BD? I'll wait, in that case. |

No way in hell am I buying it in digital with that small window. Their loss I guess. Although they could care less since we're all buying it one way or another. But on the early Instawatch type stuff, I do tend to pre-order to get the digital copy on a title I like. Although Zoolander is the last time I wanted to do it.
