I've been tempted to do that for a long time now, but then that method exempts it from a possible 4K upgrade. However, I'm sure that title is very, very, very low on the remaster priority list and likely won't ever get bumped up, so I'll probably D2D it at some point.

re: The Fandango at Home (Vudu) Thread - News, Bargains & Codes

Also per a post in the Vudu subreddit, FandangoNow's migration to Vudu is starting:We're now one bigger and better service, and still no subscription!

• Even more movies and TV shows, including thousands for FREE

• Get the best deals on Vudu with tons of exclusive offers and discounts

• Enhanced features like Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, Kids Mode, & More

I don't know if that means movies that weren't previously available on Vudu are now (and vice versa). A lot of the sale categories are the same for both services. I'd like them to merge personal libraries. The Rambo movies I bought on FN don't show up as being owned in Vudu (yet).

I don't know if this was posted but Vudu is running an April Fools Day sale on a number of comedies. There's some good movies listed here and I'm guessing it's for today only.

this is pretty cool actually. I only have maybe 1 or 3 movies on FN that I’ll never see, probably have it anyway on Vudu or something, but still.

I’m sorry if this has been asked, even by me, but how many people can share and watch a movie on your Vudu account at once? Not sharing, but I give them my creds to get in to my library?

I think it’s just one stream. I have tried several times to watch one of my movies online with my daughter in NYC and VUDU always boots one of us out.

re: The Fandango at Home (Vudu) Thread - News, Bargains & Codes

I think it was 8 devices, but I also thought it could do at least two streams at the same time (I thought I tested it on my laptop and tablet at the same time?)

Was it the same movie you were watching at the same time or different movies? Maybe they only allow each movie to be streamed once at the same time? Or maybe it's having different IP addresses that causes vudu to complain?

Another option (if the movie is eligible) is to share MoviesAnywhere library, and allow them to watch the movies on MA while you watch it on vudu.

Edit: Also, MA specifically says you can stream the same movie on up to two devices at the same time, so another reason to consider that.

I don’t think I need a lot of movies from the 1920s, but I’d jump on the ‘30s.

Dinesh D’Souza’s Hillary film is in the Hidden Gems sale? Does Vudu have no editorial control over those lists, or is that what they really think?

$7.99 classics: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...ics-Sale/10146

$4.99 destination travel sale: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...vel-Sale/10151

Iconic soundtracks sale: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...cks-Sale/10155

Lots of great titles in that last one. I just bought three that were on my wishlist, all for $5 each: Say Anything (4K), O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and High Fidelity. The lattermost is one of my all-time favorite movies and I don't remember ever seeing it for sale below $18. And I still might pick up Fight Club for $5, too.

And very much worth it at that price. It looks and sounds spectacular.

I ended up also upgrading my This Is Spinal Tap DVD in the Slapstick Comedy Sale: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...0150?offset=88

Um, there are some visual gags, but that movie isn't slapstick. If anything, I'd put it with the iconic soundtracks. But whatever. I got it for $6.
