You and your 'friends' emails are stored in myuv.com site. Access it and click on settings, you should see the persons you've shared your UV with together with their email addresses. The fix before was just to change the email address to one of your friends. They then access Vudu with this email address and they'll have the UV library shared. Haven't done this lately but you can certainly try. Did it work? If it still does, and if anyone with over 500 UV titles is interested, we can probably share and expand our titles while UV is still around. My UV indicates I have 597 titles. PM me if interested. |

User settings > click on one of your friends > change email address > save changes. Just checked MyUv and these still seem to be an available option.

Just advise them to setup a Vudu account with the email you used. The shared movies should be available to them.

ok, so he just told me he already has a Vudu account. if i add his email, how will he be able to access my movies if he has own account? or does he set up new one? but, then would need new email not attached to Vudu already, correct? |

If his vudu account is not shared, then he should be able to use it. If it’s being shared, then no, you need to have him use a diff email address to share your collections. Best to just test these, I’ve only shared to users who previously do not have Vudu accounts.

says username or password is not valid. i went back into account just to change password and says username (email) is already registered. so i dunno. thanks for help Gamer... |

wait, should he be logging into Ultraviolet site or Vudu? i want him to share my Vudu, which essentially is UV account, but has to play in Vudu as UV site links to it...

Just Vudu should suffice. If pw not valid just have him click on Forgot pw so new pw is emailed and see how it goes. |

Anyone having VUDU issues? I've tried on multiple browsers and it's no longer showing my CC info nor the gift card I have stored. When I try to purchase something I get an "Oops, something went wrong" message. I emailed Support (who knows when I'll hear back), but I wanted to see if it's a glitch across the board or if it's something someone else has run into in the past.

I've seen a few reports that you can't buy anything. I just tried to get a last minute 4k mix/match but can't check out. @vudusupport replied to someone around 8:00 eastern that they are working on it. |

@vudusupport replied to someone around 8:00 eastern that they are working on it. It worked on my iPhone, but not on my browser (neither my desktop computer nor my laptop) - weird. Haven't had a chance to check it out this morning yet - it may have been fixed. |

I watched some stuff last night with no problem.
Parental controls - is this per device? I want to set a passcode so it must be entered before making a purchase, which seems to be functionality they offer, but whenever I go to vudu on another device, it doesn't appear to be active. It seems like it should be account based, and whereever my account logs in, the control propagates to. Am I missing something? |
