Hey guys, my roommate bought a DVD on Half.com (a 7 hour movie) and about halfway through the 2nd disc there's an error.

He tested the disc on multiple DVD drives and there is definitely an error on the disc.

The question now is, how does he get a refund/return? Can he go directly to Half.com? Does he have to contact the publisher? Or maybe even the guy who sold it over half.com? He doesn't have the e-mail receipt or packing slip or anything, so he's not really sure what to do.

Contact customer service at half.com. Inform them of the problem. However, I have heard that they are terrible about compensating buyers in a timely fashion.

Heh heh, 10th Kingdom. It's basically a super-long made for TV movie that's kinda hard to explain.

It's kinda childish, but what am I supposed to do at college when I'm bored. . .study? Yeah right : )
