DVD Planet return?

I received a wrong used DVD and it took 2 emails to get customer service to respond. I got the return address label now, but I'm wondering if I should get delivery confirmation?
It's a cheap used DVD, but still, I don't want it to be "never received" by DVD Planet and not get the correct DVD or be credited back. Is that common?

Anyone else have experience with this?

It's the holiday shipping season so you couldn't have picked a worse time to send something back for a refund. My suggestions is to require a signature for delivery.

You should try calling their CS. I've called twice and both times they were VERY helpful.

I'd recommend getting delivery confirmation as well.

Always get delivery confirmation...

But DVDPlanet is top notch in my book, you shouldn't have any problems.

I've had 0 luck with DVDPlanet customer service by e-mail. I even accidently sent my complaint to DeepDiscountDVD first and got a response back from them within a day, but with DVDPlanet it's been 2 1/2 weeks, 3 e-mails, and I've heard nothing.

Why not just call?

Thank you everyone! I will definitely get delivery confirmation.
I haven't had experience with receiving a wrong DVD before, so thank you very much!

I also suggest calling if you don't receive an email response. I was actually surprised they responded even after a 2nd email.
