DVD Planet return?
I received a wrong used DVD and it took 2 emails to get customer service to respond. I got the return address label now, but I'm wondering if I should get delivery confirmation?
It's a cheap used DVD, but still, I don't want it to be "never received" by DVD Planet and not get the correct DVD or be credited back. Is that common? Anyone else have experience with this? |

You should try calling their CS. I've called twice and both times they were VERY helpful.
I'd recommend getting delivery confirmation as well. |
Always get delivery confirmation...
But DVDPlanet is top notch in my book, you shouldn't have any problems. |
I've had 0 luck with DVDPlanet customer service by e-mail. I even accidently sent my complaint to DeepDiscountDVD first and got a response back from them within a day, but with DVDPlanet it's been 2 1/2 weeks, 3 e-mails, and I've heard nothing.

Thank you everyone! I will definitely get delivery confirmation.
I haven't had experience with receiving a wrong DVD before, so thank you very much! I also suggest calling if you don't receive an email response. I was actually surprised they responded even after a 2nd email. |
