The E-rewards site now lists this as the Borders reward:

"$15 in Borders Bucks added to your Borders Rewards account (Coming Soon)"

Coming soon? So they're bringing it back! And with the new Borders Rewards policy, these "borders bucks" would be available for use immediately! I wonder how often they'll let us cash this in.

Hopefully, they'll let us do it more than once a year.

It's applicable for me. I started this about a month ago, just noticed today that the Borders reward is available, but how do I redeem it? It asks for my password and a Borders Reward number. What's the Border's reward number?

Speaking of things like this, all of a sudden now I am not getting the weekly newletters. Have they stopped sending them out?

I used to look forward to them for coupons, upcoming releases of not only movies but music and books or any othe specials.

You have to join the Borders Rewards program - http://www.bordersrewards.com

thanks. Kinda sucks that to redeem the $15 I can only use $5 at a time, and redeem the rest in each month after, but whatever, free money in a way, not really though. Should I expect a problem to also using a X% off coupon with the rewards bucks?

I don't think you are reading the terms correctly. When you earn Borders Bucks, you have until the end of the month to redeem them. They are issued in $5 increments. You can spend as much as you have within the month you receive them.

The list of exclusions on Borders Bucks on the Borders website doesn't include using coupons, so that should work. Not being able to purchase gift cards with them is ridiculous, but you could get around that by buying a $15 item and returning it without the receipt.

EDIT: Nevermind. I wasn't reading the terms on e-Rewards site for the reward. That certainly cools the deal.
