I've been a customer of DDD for over 2 years now. And I never had problem with DDD until recently when I started getting a string of problems after problems.

The irony is the 20% may have been an attempt to bring back those who stopped using DDD, and all it did in a lot of cases is remind people why they stopped using DDD. I know that's how I feel about it.
