Chris, Jonathan's still harping about an order placed and royally mishandled more than a year ago (others are whining about something about TWO years ago). Fortunately, this thread hasn't had a negative report for more than six months and I appreciate your no-nonsense approach.

Good to hear from a satisfied customer - I knew there had to be one.

The fact that the root cause of a lot of people’s problems with Troma, Millie Medina, is still gainfully employed tells me all I need to know about current attitudes. Glance back through this and other threads to see how this person ignored mail and misled many people.

Surprise, surprise - the efficient Steve deBono is no longer working there. Is it just me or are we supposed to read something into the fact that both he and Chip (a name to inspire confidence) no longer work there? Is this another case of blame the ex-employees?

BTW Noel as I’m sure you’re aware this thread has lain dormant and out of sight for a while (I apologise for not bumping it sooner) which accounts for the lack of recent postings.

As a result of the foul-up with my order I actually lost money with these idiots due to the poor exchange rate by the time I was (eventually) refunded. As I said previously DeBono promised me a refund andmy order for free. I have not received that free order and until I do, Troma will continue to be a pet project for me in terms of spreading awareness of the deplorable business practices I and others have endured.

It breaks my heart that this company has the excellent Roan library.

I agree. I do not even buy Roan titles anymore.

Closing thread. Jonathan - Troma HAS responded to this. I know you aren't a happy camper, but it's time to close off this issue and consider it HISTORY!
