Are you actually trying to tell me who Noah Kahan is because you don't get the joke?

The classic SNL episodes are back with a Keke Palmer show from 2022 which was not that long ago.

Noah Kahan is super popular, surprisingly so. Apparently he had one of the highest merch sales locally when he was in town, a lot of teenage girls.

But yeah, Dial Drunk gets played a lot and is catchy enough.

Kahan was good, he's a solid performer and musician, but it all seemed like the typical hipster alternative act with a banjo. If you'd told me that was Mumford and Sons before they went on, I'd totally believe that's who it was.

I was going to say the same thing though I thought that Mumford and Sons and the Lumineers were a thing that had its time in the early to mid 2010's and was not in fashion anymore until Noah Kahan came along.

The music is ok but sounds generic to me.

Nice to see Tina Fey again.

I hope there is a unedited version of this though it looks like they wore bikinis or underwear

On the live broadcast version, there was a shot of Chloe T that was not blurred, and you could see that she was wearing light beige undergarments.

I thought that Naked in NY video was really stupid, and not stupid in a funny way. Also, I thought this week's Please Don't Destroy video was 100% not funny, and I usually really like their videos.

I liked the tortoise game show. I thought the Xmas show with Emma playing the trumpet was terrible. I liked the Cigarette on WU.

So, pretty bad for me, but I turned it off at the end of Update with 30 minutes to go.

The Kiln sketch just seemed like Heidi and Chloe F try to create a sketch like Delicious Dish or when Kate and Aidy would team up, but I think it fell flat.

Emma Stone really does try, though.

Yeah, some of the skits weren't great but yeah, Emma gives it her all.

Yeah, a so-so episode, but I like Emma so it was worth watching for that. And yep, this 55 year old metalhead had never heard of the musical guest. I'm old and don't listen to that genre of music, so sue me.

To be honest, the only two sketches I laughed at were the “Make Tour Own Kind Of Music” one and the “Posters” one (the latter only because they were trying to get Mikey Day (as David Beckham) to crack.

The only time I like Bowen Yang is when he portrays George Santos and he did great again in the Cold Open. Maybe this is the last we’ll see of that “character.”

That's very true and also a bit frustrating. It's obvious Stone loves the show and wants to do the best job possible, but the material is so unfunny that she really can't do much.

Yeah, it was pretty terrible. The trumpet girl sketch was so unfunny that I just sat there and wondered who could have thought it might be funny and where the jokes were supposed to even be.
My recording glitched out at the end of Make Your Own Kind of Music and I didn’t feel any need to go to another source to watch whatever came after that.

I liked the Fully Naked in New York bit. Always up for a cheap laugh.

But that was about it.

And that Please Do Not Destroy film was terrible. Probably the worst one they've done.
