Going to your credit card company is a better bet, I think, than small claims court in terms of decisive action in your favor.

How did you pay for your order? Credit card or PayPal? Wouldn't it be easier to seek a refund through your credit card or PayPal as others have already done?

Sold my unopened SEVEN SAMURAI Criterion DVD set for $27 on Amazon Marketplace when I upgraded to the Blu-ray last year. Got the Blu-ray during the B & N sale for $17.50.

Picked up BOOGIE NIGHTS and FORBIDDEN PLANET for $12.99 each yesterday. I also recall them having VACATION for $12.99. $8.99 Warner titles included PALE RIDER, BULLITT, DELIVERANCE, COOL HAND LUKE.

Haven't been to zavvi.com, but thehut.com is definitely a little cheaper than the stores mentioned above and shipping is free right now to the U.S.
