Yours looks like the P&S version, i.e. not letterboxed widescreen. That was the far more common version.

I mean, the best official copy of the GOAT are the Limited Edition DVDs that had the laserdisc masters as a "bonus" disc. I believe they have slightly better resolution/detail than the Laserdiscs,...

He wouldn't be asking for money for the restorations, he'd be asking for upgraded equipment and software. If that helps him to improve his restorations, that's up to him and the work he does....

They've already re-released The Last Jedi in 4K, with new extras. Now, there may not be an 8K disc release or anything, but they could re-release in UHD with additional bonus features, like the GOUT.

What are you talking about? They did author new discs: each movie has its own bonus disc now, with a lot of the content from the Blu-ray "Complete Saga" set moved to them. There's just some stuff...

Each movie seems likely, especially since it seems like they're going to do just that in Germany and Australia.

They're just a variation of the covers for the recent standalone Blu-rays. It's basically the same art, but with a different banner on the top.

Those aren't fully CGI characters or creatures though; they were realized with a mix of practical and CGI effects, with only certain shots being CGI. Jabba was all CGI, all the time.
