You have to buy the minimum of 4 before it's $2.50 each during those promotions.

It's bundled with an umbrella adorned with 'raining' food only when wet.

Not sure of the umbrella's size; I haven't opened it yet--doesn't seem to be very big as the box is about two DVDs wide...
