I contacted him and he responded immediately. He said his products usually have holes in the UPC code O_o and he didn't know why it was opened.Told me to send it back (which I did) for a full refund.

and to make things worse I received something else that was supposed to be "new" but it was opened with holes punched IN the artwork, also the case was broken FML.

Finally got it today, and it was fucked. Dvd set in HORRIBLE condition now I have to see if I can send it back to this idiot for a full refund. I'm done with Amazon marketplace.
