If the front and back cover widths of the case were extended 3.5mm then the paper would fit.

Friday the 13th series DVD case

Is there any place to buy the 6-in-1 DVD case that Friday the 13th TV series season 1 came in? I think, it is a little better design than the other 14mm 6-in-1 cases that I've seen.
