I'm in the same boat. With the 20% coupon they had great pricing, but actually getting them to ship the product at the price agreed to is impossible.

I'm still waiting on ST:TNG 1-7. UPS shows...

Well I went to the fye again today to see if my stuff shipped. It didn't appear in open orders so I thought they finally shipped. Nope! It is now listed in the cancelled orders. No explanation...
