Has anyone else had a problem with fye.com cancelling a pre-order on them? I recently placed an order (19 DVDs) using their 20% off coupon. 11 of these items are pre-orders. Those which were not shipped and I received them within anywhere from 2 to 4 days.

I received an e-mail message that one of the items, due to be released today, had been cancelled by them. Now I'm worried that they will simply cancel all of my pre-orders a day or so before they are due to be released.

So far they have shipped all my pre-orders without problems. I would call customer service and ask for a reason why it was cancelled.

See the other fye.com thread in this forum. They just cancelled my 9 item order -- and everything was in stock.

I used the 20% off coupon.
