Unfortunately, I think you are right, if your order is canceled you will lose your Borders Bucks. That's why I always use them in the store, on an item I am sure I will keep.

Maybe Blu-Ray discs are more fragile than DVDs and Netflix is replacing them more often. Perhaps Netflix needs to charge Blu-Ray subscribers more to pay for replacement Blu-Ray discs.
