I've noticed that about some of the combos; but not on others.
F'instance, the Murderdolls CD/DVD combo is still 4.99/5.99; the DVD only has 4 videos on it, so it's not like it's a big addition.
It looks like maybe 1/5 of the CD/DVD combos are still single-disk priced; might want to go ahead and order them and not wait for your queue if you're interested in them. Especially if you have the 4.99 price.
9.98/10.98, no tax, free shipping, is still pretty good for a CD/DVD combo, but 4.99/5.99 is better, and it's never fun paying more.

Sarah McLachlan Afterglow Live cd/dvd was just added at $5.99.
I would suggest those interested grab it quick as many of these combos are being raised to $11.98 (coldplay)
