How do i copy VHS to DVD?

Have a few home video of my kids that are about the 10 years old mark.
I want to try and get them preserved on DVD before the Tapes Malfunction.

How do i do this?
I think i have to have some...

HP+POA plastic cover

The Last 2 Harry Potter DVD's i got had nice Fancy Cardboard Sleeves that folded out like 4 pages with the 2 discs on pages 2 and 3.

The Prisoner of Azkaban just has the plain plastic cover....

Grainy Sharpness Problem.

Have a Pansonic 32" Widescreen TV.
Apologise i don't have the model as i am working.
This has all the usual display controls such as contract and brightness etc.

But perhaps sales might be affected by not selling all epsidoes.
I would'nt buy Back to the Future if i could'nt complete the set with...

I can only find a Volume 1 of this which has only have the episodes ever made of Son of the Beach.

Was a Volume 2 ever made and if not why do they only release half a Programmes episodes?

My Tv has 6 aspects.

2 i don't use at all for DVD which is 14:9 and...

I currently have an LG4210 DVD player.
I believe this only plays DVD's with 2 channel audio.
I am wondering what will happen if i connect a 6 speaker surround...
