I grabbed a ticket for Riverside. These guys always put on a great, fun, spooky show. I've never been to this theater, either.

New Papa...almost.

A few things here;

1)The young "Head Nun" in Chapter 1 is hot! Anyone know who she is?

2) I'm eagerly awaiting Chapter 3 for the corrination of the new Papa.

3) I just bought their live album "Ceremony & Devotion". It's an amazing record!

4) I wish their cover of the Beatles "Here Comes The Sun" was readily available in the States. It's the greatest Beatles cover IMO.

I've followed their music, seen them once (and going again in May), but I don't understand the Papa change stuff.

Is that just for theatrics and so Tobias can get a new look?

Yeah it's a great cover, I really didn't want to spend the bucks on the Japanese CD of "Opus Eponymous" so I um, found an MP3 of the song and added it to my rip of Opus.

Yeah that's it basically, just one of their gimmicks.

And the idea is that he's aging backwards, so he goes from pope to cardinal.

If they stay around long enough, Tobias Forge will be sixty years old playing a choir boy.

I'm gonna hold off on the pre-order right now and see who will get the limited edition box with the bonus vinyl like they did with Meliora. Sweden had the rights to that set, so we'll see if I have to import the set for Prequelle.

Unless I’m mistaken the us seems to be getting that same 10” only as a 7”. Same 2 bonus songs.

I ordered the $50 set with the 12” the 7” and the picture disc. It comes with the poster and tote as well.

I did not even pay attention to that. You may be right as to those contents. The Bengans version came to about $60 shipped and both of the vinyls are clear vinyl -- I don't know what the box will contain yet. The Meliora boxed set froM Bengans was awesome, though.

New track is great. Getting a heavier crisper sound. Pre-ordered the deluxe CD.

Great song. Easily one of my favorite bands to come out in the past 10 years. Although I suppose it's probably more accurate to say Ghost is one of my favorite artists.

Really like "Rats" but then again they haven't really done anything I don't love. Seen them twice and they are fantastic.

I can only find the digital preorder up at amazon.com at the moment.

If you search for it at Amazon, you have to click that you really want results for "Ghost Prequelle" otherwise it changes your search to "Prequel" by default.

I initially ordered that clear LP deluxe edition and an orange exclusive through Hot Stuff in Sweden but I think I'll just cancel both in favor of the 3D gatefold edition with the 7" they're releasing here. Doesn't look like Sweden is getting a superior version this time.

Yeah, I went ahead and canceled that Bengans order. I did not go for the 3D version, but I see that Amazon has this one for about $20 or so dollars cheaper.


Granted, those sets from the Loma Vista site have that Rats picture disc exclusive 7inch.
