Apparently if you go to the Reviews section, there's a link that says Audio Reviews... why this has been invisible to me, I'll never know.
I've got a couple of samplers coming. I have high hopes for this format, but I don't think it will hold much for the future. Right now there aren't many discs out, and it seems like the ones coming out now are very good, and have had a lot of work put into them. If the time comes a year or two from now when there are hundreds/thousands of these discs available I don't see the quality remaining as good because the same time/money won't be spent on them, and we'll start to see discs that are plain crap like CD's in the late 80's.
Don't know how many CD's I bought in the late 80's that were released using poor, low quality source material. Quite a few. Some sounded like they were recorded from the original vinyl or a stretched out reel to reel.

Can Anyone Recommend Some DVD-A Titles?
I just bought ELP "Brain Salad Surgery" and Diana Krall's "The Look of Love" (to get my g/f's juices flowing). I was amazed upon listening to the ELP disc. I'm fairly sure that "A Night At The Opera" by Queen would be a good choice. Anyone else care to chime in on titles that took their breath away? Bear in mind, I don't have an SACD player, only DVD. Thanks in advance.

I own Night at the Opera, it's excellent. I own Metallicas Self Titled album also, but it doesn't really lend it's sound really that well to the surround format. It sounds excellent though.

I have many of the ones already mentioned, so here's a couple that no one has talked about:
Yes - Fragile is pretty good but the menu is confusing.
Alan Parsons - On Air has some nice sonics (of course). No menus.

I highly recommend Al Green: Greatest Hits - his voice comes through so strong, that it sounds like he's there in the room. (I have this on CD as well and the difference in sound quality is just amazing!)
And R.E.M.: Document - has all tracks encoded using both 5.1-channel 24-bit/96kHz for surround and 2-channel 24-bit/192kHz for stereo. Just an superb sounding disc of one of their best albums.
(BTW, the other R.E.M. disc I have, Automatic For the People, is encoded at 24-bit/48kHz sampling and doesn't sound nearly as impressive as Document.)

Need some DVD-A?SACD recommendations...
I will get a Denon DVD-2200 delivered soon, and I need some recommendations for some good DVD-A/SACDs to start me off.
I am open to all genres and also, what are some good sampler discs?
Any good place for reviews?
Thanks

My Favorites (so far):
SACD:
Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
Sting: Sacred Love
Mozart Requiem (Karajan/Berlin Philharmonic)
Beck: Sea Change
Dvd-A
Led Zeppelin: How the West Was Won
Sting: Brand New Day
I wish there was more good stuff out.

DVD-A wise I think the Foreigner ones are well re-mastered, and Elton's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is brilliant!
ALso recomend Steely Dan's Gaucho, Rumours, and the Seal IV also sounds great!
And REM's Automatic For The People is a stunner

SACD
Art of Noise 'Daft' (import)- kind of expensive at £19.99 but well worth it, the remastered 5.1 soundmix is unreal and exciting.

also throw in good 5.1 DVD music videos to check out.
someone recommended Meat Beat Manifesto's In Dub to me.
i would also recommend the latest björk videos that are in 5.1 (Cocoon, Hidden Place, Pagan Poetry)

The entire Police collection is in SACD, but only the greatest hits is in 5.1. They did a great job on it though. It's one of my favorites of the dozen or so that I have.

Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon on SACD is quite nice as well.
