"I see you've caught me with more than my hands up" - James Bond Diamonds are Forever
Yeah, the whole movie is utter cheese but there are some downright memorable cheesy lines from that one.

"the world is not enough" immediately springs to mind:

I go through five pages of this thread and nobody's mentioned the Great Heston??
"Get your filthy paws off of me you damn dirty ape!"
"This is a madhouse! A MADHOUSE!!"

Though, I always thought they mixed things up in "Air Force One" and "Ransom." Wouldn't these two lines have worked much better if they were said:
Gibson in Ransom: "Give me back my plane!!"
Ford in AF1: "Get off my son!!"

Another one I find really cheesy:
Jessica Lange "Ye know how fine ye are to me, Robert McGregor" from Rob Roy.

Ooo, can't believe I forgot this one, since I just love quoting it...
From "Twister":
The immortal Bill Paxton, to Helen Hunt, in the middle of a big-ass tornado: "Killing yourself won't bring your father back!"
I laughed my butt off in the theater when I heard that. It was enough cheese to kill any lactose-intolerant person.

The line that stands out to me is from the movie "The Horror Show". Meat Cleaver Max (Brion James) is being executed in the electric chair for all these murders he commited. Right after the guard flips the switch, Max is getting fried and supposedly dies.
All of a sudden Max raises up and says:
"All that did was give me a hard-on !!"
Man I just could not stop laughing!

"What about me? What do I get? What about me?" - Robert DeNiro (This Boy's Life)
"You'll remember me! You'll remember me!" - Robert DeNiro (This Boy's Life)
Great film, but wasn't DeNiro just a little hammy, suffering from Overacting-Itis?

Wow, with her lines in Die Another Day ("Yo mama!"), Gothika ("I'm not crazy... I'm POSSESSED!") and the upcoming Catwoman ("Allergies?"), she's becooming the queen of awful dialogue, isn't she?

Return of the Jedi...
vader: "I have felt him, my master"
emporer: "strange that I have not!"
lol!! vader is already wearing the fetish-wear... these two lines make the whole scene pretty rainbow-riffic.

Hands down the worst for me (but I love it everytime I hear it) is from the first Matrix:
"A killing machine designed for one purpose" and the writers actually had it finished with "search and destroy" - horribly funny.

2 quotes come to mind. First, another vote for Rowdy Roddy Piper's declaration from "They Live":
"I'm here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.
Another is from "Conan the Barbarian":
"Conan! What is best?"
"To crush your enemies. To see them driven before you. And to her the lamentation of the women!"

Read this whole hilarious thread, and amazed no one has mentioned:
Dennis Hopper in Speed: "Some day, you'll wish you never met me".
Rolleyes and expected response from Keanu: Mister, I'm already there."
I was in high school when I saw this in the theatre, and couldn't help but LOL my *ss off at that one.
