You all who were begging to see this better be in a theater August 28th and not waiting to stream it in November or December.

I'll buy the Blu-ray just like I did the Porky and Daffy movie. That's how I show my support.

Looks ok. Feel like I have a moral obligation to attend. Would have to look really bad for me to skip.

Count me in! Looks fun.
Wish it was coming out earlier in the Summer so I could have taken my son before he went back to College, but I'll still go see it regardless.

If this makes more than like $12m I'll be stunned. I think a lot of the outage over this movie a couple of years back was justified. After all, the studio was using the fact that they made a bad movie as an excuse to steal money from the American public. But at the time I didn't believe most people expressing outrage that they wouldn't get to see this movie or claiming that they definitely would have seen it in the theater.

The last Ketchup/WB Looney Toon release made $15M total worldwide
https://www.boxofficemojo.com/releas...ef_=bo_tt_gr_1
and it opened on over 2800 screens week 1 in the U.S.
I don't buy that there is a real audience for this. The outrage that it was cancelled was knee jerk hyperbole. No one was looking forward to this movie until it was cancelled initially.
It's not going to make the money back ($70m?) that Ketchup paid WB for it.

This looks really fun, but I highly doubt that this will make its money back. It wasn't to cancel it, it was wrong to greenlight the movie.

The trailer looks pretty good and makes the movie look interesting...if you have seen the classic Roadrunner shorts. It's my understanding the Looney Tunes brand is barely alive for those under 25 outside of Bugs and Lola Bunny. I hope I am wrong but this movie may not make much in theaters.

Whoever has been in charge of the Looney Tunes brand has done a terrible job. Bugs Bunny and crew used to be huge especially in the 80's and 90's and now they're almost nonexistent. they used to be neck to neck with Disney.

This looks fun and I am glad it's being released, but I am surprised it wasn't envisioned as a direct to streaming release. As others have mentioned, Looney Tunes are borderline obscure these days. Hell, most people didn't even notice the joke in The Flash (all five of us that even watched that movie).
