Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) I can't see another actor playing Iron Man or Tony Stark for that matter, as good as RDJ.

The MCU casting has been almost perfect for everyone. So anybody could take the prize
Obviously people are going to gravitate towards RDJ because he was the first and re-invented the character. But i think Chris Evans, Chris Pratt even Bautista re-invented their characters in ways the comics never had before.
Personally i voted for Chris Evans because a guy dressed with the American Flag fighting for the American way in writing is the most boring and on the nose super hero i can think of
Yet his series of films (along with the Guardians) have proven to be my favorites from the MCU

My god, this is so obviously Hiddleston as Loki. He captured the ambiguous nature of the character, and he exudes charm. He steals every movie he’s in. And unlike RDJ, he actually acts instead of playing himself.

^agree on the fact that RDJ is cool but he is actually just being himself.

If this poll was made three or four movies ago I might agree with you. I feel like the character has almost become a caricature of himself. Is he good? Is he bad? What side is he playing? Who gives a shit at this point, he’ll just flip when the script calls for it anyway.Originally Posted by Supermallet

Benedict Cumberbatch plays Doctor Strange the way I always imagined someone would. Chris Evans as Steve Rogers would be #2 with Tom Hiddleston as Loki close behind as #3.
RDJ is a little over the top for me.

Chris Evans is the worst and Captain America is the dullest character in the MCU. Yes I know this is a contrary position. I think Thor is great, RDJ is always good and the GOTG team work well. Why CA is popular boggles my mind actually.

I thought the first Captain America was a middling entry into the fray. The next two were some of the better ones. Not a comic book guy but the character seems a little more stoic by nature. Put him next to overly expressive characters like Iron Man, Star Lord, Thor and Loki then he seems to get lost in the sauce. But I think as to how Evans plays him is as good as any of the other characters.

I kinda agree with this too, he has switched so many times it has become a lot less effective. When he died on infinity War and Thanos said something like "and this time if for real" my wife went 'oh god i hope, i don't like him, he is so annoying"Originally Posted by GoldenJCJ

Other - Bradley Cooper as Rocket. Sure it's just voice acting, but he ridiculously good at it. What could be a joke of a character ends up being one of the most solid in the MCU. For my money, Cooper's performances are the reason for that.
If not him then Hiddleston. It's not his fault they have not handled the character well after the first couple movies.
