Has anyone here seen the British UP series?

Linklater's Boyhood reminded me of this British series of films.
I think I last saw them when they were 35 (35 UP).

For those who don't know:
Director Michael Apted revisits the same group of British-born adults after a 7 year wait (7 UP). The subjects are interviewed as to the changes that have occurred in their lives during the last seven years. They've been filmed every seven years since. Now they are 56 (56 UP).

Yes, they're all very good. I made a thread for 56 Up last year (now on Netflix streaming):

I grew up in England and always looked forward to this series on TV every 7 years. Too young to see the first couple, but saw they would always repeat the early episodes before showing the new ones. Its such a unique documentary and will be interesting to see when it finally comes to an end.

Yes, but don't binge watch them. Very repetitive... give yourself a few weeks in between each doc.

Agreed. I've seen almost all of them, and the later ones especially are all very samey. It's nevertheless interesting to see what has become of all the adorable little kids from 1964.

Out of all the replayed clips from '64 that always get shown, Nick's "I dune't answer questions like that" still gets a big laugh out of me. He's even got me quoting that line.

I had a good experience binge watching them, since it feels like going through a lifetime over a couple of days, but I agree that there is a lot of repetition.
