Re: Paul Walker has died.

It's because the car they were in was a piece of shit. It should never be in production. It's the most expensive Pinto/Corvair combo to date. It handled like shit. Had engine issues. Several fluid leaks reported.
Porsche was sued due to issues with this car before. They should not be allowed to make this car. Even professionals have a hard time driving the thing for what it was made for.

You realize there is a difference between that and what Why So Blu posted, right?

Re: Paul Walker has died.

Really?

JumpCutz:
Paul Walker died from the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries ... this according ot the L.A. County Coroner's Office.

Why So Blu?:
Paul Walker died from the "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries" in Saturday's car accident in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office reported today.

Doesn't look to 'different' to me.

Well if you can't be bothered to read his whole post then I guess you won't see any difference.

Re: Paul Walker has died.

Even if someone got Walker out of the car in time, sounds like he would have died shortly from his injuries. Really sad end to his life that could have been avoided.

Not sure why you guys care to argue over it, but if you want to really get techinical, grundle's earlier post has the same link as WSB's post.

Granted, many people will skip a grundle post.

This was the point:

They found that Rodas died on impact, with Walker dying "maybe" a few seconds after from the combined effects of the impact and the fire.

I knew it was inevitable, but can someone explain to me why people would even want to see them? Are we that sad as a society that we need to look at the poor man's charred corpse? I know there have been shock sites out there since the dawn of time, and given so many people were at the crash site there must've been some gross stuff out there, but for the life of me I can't understand why anyone would even go out of their way to look for them.

Don't blame all of society for the desires of a few sick individuals.

I'd never look at them, but crime scene photos have been around forever. Not surprising at all to see them here.

Re: Paul Walker has died.

That tribute video has gone viral. I saw it on at least 5 different news stations, local and National.
For some reason, his death has really bummed me out. I know people die every day but this was both shocking and heartbreaking in the way it happened. The guy was not like most Hollywood stars and you never heard of him getting into any trouble and he used his fame and money to help a lot of people.

It occurred to me last night that it will be a little sad watching any of his movies.

I agree. He was clearly outside the mold of a standard "star" even after the F&F came back and became huge. His love for animals make me more of a fan too. I wanted to see that movie he recently filmed about Katrina but between the subject matter and knowing that he's passed away, it may be tough to watch.

Just watched that video...damn; got me a little choked up.
