Re: I never saw... (Movie Edition)
Probably the biggest set of films I haven't seen yet is The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I saw all three of The Hobbit films but for some reason just have never gotten around to seeing any of The Lord of the Rings films (I do own the Extended Edition Trilogy on Blu-ray so I should get around to them).

Re: I never saw... (Movie Edition)
Lawrence of Arabia, although I own it on DVD. I would prefer to see it in 70mm first, although it really isn't high on my list of priorities (and I'm also not inclined to travel very far to see it).
Back to the Future: Part III, for no particular reason. I saw II theatrically, but never bothered to see III the following summer. All three films were streaming for free on Amazon Prime in October, and I rewatched the first two, but didn't make it to the third one before the end of the month. It's now a $3 rental, and I can't be bothered to pay for it.

Re: I never saw... (Movie Edition)
Just perusing through the AFI 100 shows me a pretty substantial number of classic American films I have not seen, Gone With the Wind and Casablanca being among them. Truthfully, I have never had much interest in seeing very many films made before 1965 or so. I've seen the vast majority of those on the list made more recently.
In looking instead at the top grossing films of all time list, I see that it is mostly in sequels where there are big gaps:
Only saw first two Harry Potter movies (and only saw those two because I was forced, didn't like them)
Only saw first Hunger Games movie (didn't like it)
No Fast and Furious sequels (no thanks)
Toy Story 3, Shrek 3, Spiderman 3
No Pirates of the Caribbean sequels
Also, no Hobbit films, Transformers films, Ice Age or sequels, Twilight films, Despicable Me films or X-Men films.

"Lawrence of Arabia", still. I've attempted to watch on DVD three times now. My mind wanders off about 15 minutes into it and I turn it off. I need to watch it to completion one day.
