Add me to the list of haters for The Departed. But Goodfellas is one of the greatest movies ever made. Its long, but doesn't have a single dull moment.

I didn't think there was an "Extended Cut". There's a "Director's Cut", but I think overall that cut might be even shorter than the theatrical version. He changes the ending a bit back to what he originally had planned. I think a lot of the behind the scenes shenanigans are highlighted in the books "Down and Dirty Pictures" and "Rebels on the Backlot"...Can't quite remember what book is which but I know one of them had a ton of info about how James Mangold really had to fight Harvey Weinstein when making the movie...Their biggest argument was how to end the movie...Mangold's "Director's Cut" is definitely an improvement, albeit a rather subtle one...

Copland is one of the best films I've ever seen, and one of my top 10 favorite 1990's movies. I recently re-watched this on Blu-ray, and it was even better than I remembered.
Superb performance by Stallone - this may be my favorite role of his. And, the movie was basically an ensemble piece - DeNiro, Keitel, Patrick, and Rapaport were all amazing as well.
Also, the back-story centered around the Stallone character was interesting & somewhat poignant -

It’s on the DVD that I posted.
Here’s the DVDTalk review: https://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/1101...directors-cut/
I don’t understand how you can’t find anything on it. I know the joke is beaten to death but can you seriously not use Google?

Again, as I mentioned to your previous post, this is the 116 minute cut. That is also on current bluray. IMDb lists an extended director’s cut or something like that which runs 120 minutes. I know their site is user based, but trying to confirm if exists or not what’s different and how I can see it if exists. Maybe you should look on your own links...

Well fuck me.
But those are the only two cuts.

Yes. I can see that. But there is nothing out there with an extended directors cut. Maybe they’re including the two deleted scenes.
